I loved the brisket, but I wasn't super crazy about the Mac n cheese. Still, I'd definitely get it again! Their bbq sauce is thinner, which I prefer, and has a nice tang. The best part? Pittsburgh Pickle Co pickles!

Had their food at Taco festival in the strip. I love brisket, but haven't ever had it on a taco before. The meat was tender and the taco was well balanced. The crunchy biscuit pieces were a very unique topping and you get a full range of textures when combined with the max and cheese. Can't wait to try them again and see the normal menu too!

Food trucks are all the rage when you are throwing an event that does not accommodate catering on site, or the staffing to make it logistically a good experience. Brisketburgh knows this all too well, which is why their mobile kitchen to share some delicious BBQ is perfect. Grab the special, try the classics and remember to be friendly to the team making your lunchtime dreams come true. I have nothing but good dreams about when I willfind this homemade muffin and pork slider again somewhere throughout southwestern Pennsylvania. This was my first time indulging in this food truck. They enforced mask wearing and social distancing, which was great to see. The staff were all very nice and polite!I got the combo that came with brisket, biscuits, a side of Mac and cheese, and a pickle.The brisket had the perfect amount of smokiness to it. I can be picky when it comes to Mac and cheese but this one was delicious and accompanied the brisket very well.I would definitely recommend this food truck!

Brisketburgh came to Biddle's Escape last night. I had never heard of it before so I definitely wanted to try it. Both my husband and I ordered the combo which was 2 sliders, a side and a pickle. I got the mac n cheese and he got the green beans. OMG- the green beans were amazing. They were crisp and just perfect! The mac n cheese was just okay. I would order the green beans as my side next time. The brisket was good. I can't really describe the taste but it fell apart it was so tender. The pickle is sweeter which I loved but my husband did not. That's okay more for me. My only complaint is the cost. Each combo is $14. For a food truck that is really expensive. I could see maybe $10-$12 for the combo.

Had the 2 slider special with the homemade biscuits and a side of Mac & Cheese. Good brisket, OK Mac & cheese and a good pickle.

I got the combo meal with a side of Mac n cheese. I did have some of my friends green beans which I'll get next time! The brisket was very good. I wish the biscuits were on the side which is something I plan to ask for next time. All in all it was decent. Perhaps a tad overpriced

Absolutely awful. Over $35 for garbage. Cubed brisket floating in grease. The Mac n cheese was pretty decent. But I've never tasted brisket so horrible. Really disappointing as I'd been looking forward to trying this truck for quite sometime. The only redeeming quality is that the staff was friendly. Just felt ripped off.

I tried their food truck at the Millvale Food Truck Park and was overall happy with everything. The brisket was really great. I'm not sure if I loved the pairing with the biscuits though.

Brisket is floating in au jus. If you like that you'll like it if not you won't. I like a Texas style where you can taste the meat more. Biscuits are really good though and highly recommend. Quick service too.
