This review is for the Fairmont location. Where do I start? First I wanted a cider. A 16 oz mug would do as that is the size everyone else I was with had that size. If you are trying to up sale, ask. Don't assume a guest wants a supersize beverage. Next, when I cashed out, I was blindsided to see that a cider was over $10. When I looked further, there was a cover charge added to the check. I don't have an issue with there being a cover charge to pay the band. I DO have an issue with the lack of transparency and consistency. I DO have an issue with not being any signage that there was a cover and it was snuck in on my tab. If I didn't get a drink, the band would not have received that cover.I do have an issue that a few other people in my group were not charged the cover. I do have an issue that one person in our group purchased drinks for 2 people and there was only a charge for the 2 drinks, not 2 drinks and 2 covers. Seems shady. I'm just curious, was that $5 dollars really for the band? If that is the case the band is getting shafted because I don't know anyone else in a group of 15 or 20 that paid it. If they only charged me, to stack in the tips, that isn't showing much integrity.

Passing through and this restaurant was recommended by the hotel staff. Fun, relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the very ample portions and service was great. It was Pub Trivia night and we had fun playing.

Lots of tables inside and outside, service is friendly and helpful. I ordered 1/2 bbq ribs and onion rings. Great food here, definitely recommend this place.

The food was mostly good however the homemade potato chips needed to be separated more frequently because they came soggy and stuck together. Overall I enjoyed my sandwich and the portion size was good. The atmosphere was nice but the service was really lacking and I found this to be surprising as it wasn't that busy and would have hated to see what would have happened if they were.

I was watching the News and saw where you could send your information to join their Free Birthday Email group so I did. I was so happy to get my email about a Free Birthday Entree and Tony & I went there for a nice Birthday Luncheon.It was our first time there and we were seated and greeted immediately. We were seated near the back of restaurant near the doorway to the outside Beer Garden.Tony ordered a Budweiser Light Draft and I went with Iced Tea Half cut with Lemon and Lime. They had a Wonderful domestic draft special of only $1.50 for small and $3 for large so of course he had to go big!!!He chose the Well Down Cheeseburger with Lettuce, Tomato and onion with some pickles on side with Onion Rings $3 up charge and I went with Steak & Cheese Hoagie with onions, mushrooms and peppers with hand cut fries another $1.50 upcharge!!! Come on' fries should have been a given without a upcharge!!!She never came to ask me if I needed a drink refill! I had to ask another employee for A1 Sauce for my Steak Sandwich...I left her a 15% tip but I almost didn't because that bothers me when they don't come back and when I have to get help from someone else!!!!Next time, when Tony gets his birthday email, we will try their Fairmont location!!Food was good!Fries went cold way to fast!! That was disappointing since I was up charged for them!!

This unique eatery is good enough for Boomer it's good enough for you. Let's be honest. Service was great with lots of options. I had the waitress order for me. She selected a steak hoagie. it was good. Grill chicken and chicken wrap were also good. Skip the chips and salsa but order the chips. When you arrive sit wherever you want. I was confused... this is a seat yourself establishment.

Pleasant Valley / Fairmont location. Met the owner . Great place. Big improvement over what used to be at this location. We will return!

Great local atmosphere. Still here watching Fb at the outdoor bar. Service was amazing.Food was good. Will definitely stop again.

I came out on 1/25 to the fairmont location to see the band. I sat there for nearly 6 hours and not one waiter/waitress came to see if I needed anything, did not bring me a menu or a drink. Walked all around me and didn't stop at my table. I ended up having to go out to my car and get my own drink to bring in since I was never brought one. Worst service if you wanna call it that since I was never served at all

The wings are my favorite but everything we have gotten from here so far has been way good we eat here frequently now!
