There aren't many breweries in the area so it was nice to find this one in Wheeling. We walked up the stairs and went to the bar. It's a nice area and different areas to drink beer at. Had a good selection. I got to try a few different ones and I liked many different beers here. We got to sit outside in the patio overlooking the street and it was nice out, good atmosphere to chat and have good beers in the summer. I really like their specialty series where I had a Hefeweizen mix with brown ale and honey. It was really good. Next time we come to wheeling I'll be looking forward to trying out more beer from this brewery. If you are looking for some good beer and are visiting the area this is a really good place to visit.

Simply the best craft beer in the Wheeling area! It's beer only (except popcorn) - BUT - you can bring food from any of the restaurants that are a few steps away (Later Gator, Coleman's Fish Market, Market Vines, Vocelli Pizza). Sometimes you may find a food truck parked in front. This place is all about (top quality) beer. If beer is your thing, when in Wheeling Brewkeepers should not be missed.

We were in wheeling for the day and decided to check out Brew Keepers because we love supporting local craft brew and we had a coupon lol We didn't realize it until we were leaving, but we sneaked in right as they were about to close. The owner was there cleaning up the loading dock but they had no problem serving us and engaging in some educational conversation about their business. Very cool guys. This is currently just a brewery with no tap room but they offer crowlers and growlers to go. They offered us a sample of whatever we wanted to make sure we liked it first. We ended up with two crowlers. The Flip Flop which is a west coast IPA and Deathwind an American Pale Ale. We sampled the Deathwind on site and really enjoyed it. We didn't try the Flip Flop until the next day out of the crowler. Sadly it seemed to be a little flat. I don't know if it wasn't properly sealed or what but the carbonation wasn't quite there. The flavor profile was still nice though. The Deathwind tasted more like it should. This was also our first crowler experience so maybe that's something that happens normally and I am unaware. This place is kind hard to spot if you don't know what your looking for so don't get discouraged. It's in the back portion of a parking lot off of main street. We actually found it by walking down the alley across from Coleman's Fish Market and it's on the right. Just look for the bright orange door. If you are in the area or see their brew's out and about definitely give them a try and support these local brewers.

Excellent beer brewery with friendly staff. Only thing is you can't drink there but can around restaurants and pubs around town. I can't wait for them to open their own space around the corner. This is a must drink beer!

Decent beer, expensive for what you get. The brewery next door is worse. No real food selection here.

Nice atmosphere - at least midday. Good beer selections that pull varietals from Ireland, Eastern Europe, Mexico and across the U.S. states. There's a sitting room separate from a bar and a nice outside space. I'll return.

If we could give this place more stars, we would!!!! The brewer/owner was wonderfully warm and super congenial. Every single beer was highly drinkable, no matter what style you prefer! Highly recommended!
