The pizza dough and sauce is bland and the cheese is rubbery. The price is outrageous for extra toppings. Staff is not very polite when taking orders but friendlier in person. I've met the owners and they seem like the pizza place is an obligation to them. I've not seen any efforts to compete with other pizza joints by adding spices or flavor to anything and they are not open Sundays and at times through the week. I met the husband while working at a retail store and he through a big fit over our check machine being broken because he was in a hurry, which is ironic because their pizza shop only takes cash. I can't do business with an owner who makes no effort and treated a bottom-level employee like me so horribly. When you finally shutdown, hopefully they move someone in who can actually make a good pie.

I think this is quite possibly the worst independent pizza I've ever had. ZERO flavor. Then the stuffed jalapeños. They breaded them without any seasoning. I'm almost certain this restaurant doesn't believe in spices and seasoning.

Every time that I've ate at Bosco's, I have been left feeling satisfied. Although the prices are slightly higher than other pizza restaurants, the dough and sauce are made fresh, each and every day. Highly recommended the Bosconi if you are looking for something pizza-like. Having eaten at Bosco's for many years, I will continue to eat here in the future. Make sure you bring cash, as they don't take card though.

The pizza is not fresh dough. It had to have been at one point, but by the time you're eating it, it was baked once into a shell, and then baked again to order. They sell the pizza by the piece and are confused when you try to order an entire pizza. We were camping nearby and read reviews to see where to go, and I thought this would be a hidden gem, but it was not. We ordered a "tray" (28 square pieces) and asked for mushrooms and hot sausage on on half, and pepperoni on the other half. The girl taking our order seemed confused, so I thought, what the heck, I'll just get mushrooms on the whole thing to make it easier for her to write up the order--2 toppings on the whole thing will be easier to figure the price, right? The tray price was about $23, and when we came to pick up the pizza, we were informed that the mushrooms added $14.50 to the price of the pizza, and the sausage on one half was another $7.50, for a total price of $45!!!! The pepperoni was free, how generous. On top of all of that, the mushrooms were canned and the cheese was rubbery and tasteless. The sausage, however, was good. Overall, I've had better cafeteria pizza than this, and the PRICE was LUDICROUS. I'm giving service a "good" rating because when I asked the girl who took the order about the pricing, she was nice and helpful in explaining the price when we questioned it.
