Blinky's Noble Grill & Bar

Pretty much your typical bar atmosphere for lunch. Nothing special, but okay. The service was friendly and the food was decent, tho I was a bit annoyed that my chicken bacon ranch wrap didn't have the ranch on it. I would prefer not having to add a bit of dressing each bite, since taking it apart and reassembling it wouldn't work.

Food (especially the fish) is always good, but I just gotta say the service by the bartender during my last visit made me feel so unwelcome. It seemed like I really inconvenienced her day by ordering takeout. Will think twice before going back for that reason. I get that everyone may have bad days, but even the slightest ounce of kindness would have made me not write this review. I even tipped her!

Really good dive bar food. The wings are really good and so was their famous fish Sammy. It was huge, flaky and crispy. The hot honey garlic wing sauce is a good go too.

Food was bland and taste like dirty. The chicken wings had not one speckle of seasoning. The breading was like cardboard and the chicken was hot but dry as heck. Philly was slopped together with half the meat on top of the fries. My husband said his burger was mediocre at best, no seasoning and not much to taste.

Blinky's is a great little neighborhood bar/restaurant with great food. We've only just started going there but we already consider this our "spot". The wait staff is incredible-Tara is so friendly, helpful and has a great memory for our drinks-after us only going a few times! Great waitress! Everyone there so far is awesome. The food--yum! The wings are INCREDIBLE and the best we've had! They made them exactly as we asked-extra crispy (I know, I know-don't come for me-I like my wings on the drier side). The honey jalapeño sauce was soooo good and even plain or with dry ranch-they are awesome. The gigantic Mac and cheese balls are over the top and the mushrooms and also the fried pickles are so good. The patty melt sandwich and fries is delicious-they use good ground beef for their burgers. Oh, and Tuesday evening is 50c pizza squares and let me tell you-they are delicious-good quality cheese, crust and toppings!!! Nice place with the dining area separated from the bar with large windows. We love this place and think you will too! The Yuengling is cold and satisfying. Give them a try for just a nice neighborhood place to hang--lots of big screen TVs with news and sports too!

This Grill has a big bar area with side tables and booths in another section, so the service in both areas are good. I recommend the big fish sandwich dinner... one of the best in the area!

I have been going to Blinky's for years, not so much as recently as we would like since we moved. Great food and service, even better people watching and the ultimate yinzer sports bar experience. Love these guys :)

I mean, it's a dive bar. It doesn't pretend to be otherwise so I guess that's a point. It's divided into 2 parts, a restaurant side and a bar side. Nice size TVs and a cool jukebox thing. Drinks were a little gross, but decent priced. Service was awful. She took forever and showed little interest in us. The atmosphere is pretty yinzer, which is cool. The chairs are uncomfortable and unattractive. Tables are super small and a bit awkward if you're short. I wouldn't pick this myself but I can suck it up for someone else.

A long, long time ago this place kind of sucked. Now it's my go to after work hangout spot. Bartenders are great and the food is so good. And I don't mean good for bar food, it's really good...to me. I'm there a couple times a month with a couple of my super picky co-workers and they love it too.
