Blackbird Market

This is a gluten free dairy free ice cream place that sits at the corner on the main street of third street in beaver. (Look for a dog statue outside). They also sell some home goods products too. After taking a hot summer stroll while my daughter was in an art class, me and a friend went to cool off and having GF, DF sensitivities, it was great to try this place! I decided on a cup of their GF DF vanilla ice cream. I then got to pick mix ins and they had GF DF options!!! I chose mint Oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough then after hearing our server tell us all about the Ghirardelli chocolate sauce, I topped it off with that too. It was delicious!!!!I came by later with my young daughter who ordered chocolate ice cream with raspberry mix in with chocolate chips! She loved it! Highly recommend this place! Very nice people work here, explain the menu, and so many options for people like me who have sensitivities!!

Icecream lover here, maybe even an Icecream snob. This was the first time trying Blackbird Market. We had friends over for dinner and decide on this place for dessert since we've been wanting to try it. Everyone icecd it. being our first time it took a little to figure out the ordering process since you basically build your flavor. The menu board does a good job laying out the process. The staff were young, HS age, but very professional, friendly, and helpful. The icecream parlor is only a part of the market which offers quality and local ingredients and crafts. There is not much seating inside but there are plenty of benches out on the street in Braver. I got vanilla Icecream with banana and Bicotti drizzle. I didn't really get much banana but it was still very good Icecream. I look forward to trying other combinations. The prices were also reasonable. It was about $35 for five of us.
