This was one of two meal food trucks I saw when I was debating where I wanted to grab my first lunch at the newly opened Pittsburgh Food truck park in Millvale. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of their sandwiches are either steak or pulled pork. Normally then come smothered in fries and cheese but you can get them without depending upon what you order.I decided to go with the Philly steak and cheese hoagie which came with green peppers and onions. Cards are accepted here. Once you order then they give you a receipt with your number on it. Nearby are some picnic tables while you wait for them to call you. My sandwich was just under $10.00. Not a bad deal to start. The food truck park wasn't overly busy at the time so they called me in about 5 minutes. Meantime I saw a gentleman who just got an order of Philly fries. He told me they were outstanding!I took my mammoth sandwich and sat down after I added a touch of barbecue sauce to it. This was love at first bite! Sandwich is also a bit messy and a little greasy but that added to the flavor. There were plenty of napkins but no utensils so had to grab any loose pieces of steak that fell into my paper container and eat them by hand. Fries can be ordered separately in small or large sizes but I knew I won't be able to finish them. The newly opened food truck park has at least two wash hand stations so I was able to clean up after I was done. I got to chat with one of the chefs and I learned they are based out of Cheswick. They are a relatively new food truck that opened Aug. 2017. I was told to check Facebook for future sighting but they do have at least 6 return visits to the new food truck park. This truck is a must return for me next time I spot them. It made a delicious first meal at the new Pittsburgh food truck park in Millvale.

This truck was parked at Couch Brewery near Highland Park. My girlfriend and I shared the Philly Fries. The food was done in 3 minutes. We we're both full despite sharing one serving. The fries were delicious and packed with flavor - not soggy or too greasy. This food paired perfectly with a tall beer. The 2 guys working the truck were very friendly. Highly recommend this food truck!!
