Cool vibes, nice beers on tap, friendly service! They had a good fall special - "Pumpkin Patch" when we had gone in October. It was a taco with pumpkin bbq sauce that was really tasty. Both the regular version with meat and the vegetarian jackfruit option were great! My wife & I were glad we stopped here while on the road!

Delicious burrito at black bear! I tried the weekly special and enjoyed. Huge dining area, decorated so nicely. Service was okay!

Arrived before a Medical Appointment, with time to spare. Arrived at 11:05 which was right on time to relax. Our picks from the menu were Fish Tacos and Shrimp Tacos. The food did not disappoint, very tasty and well portioned. Our drinks choices were water and my spouse had the Blueberry Burst Cider. The decor of the restaurant was relaxing and artwork and design was unique to the establishment and West Virginia.

Very good food and super nice people! Going to try a quesadilla and a margarita next time. Love that they can make anything vegetarian - the tofu was surprisingly good!

Easy going vibe, very friendly and helpful service, delicious food, and a nice selection of beers make this a place I will definitely come to next time I'm in town.

A drive through West VA means a stop at Black Bear Burritos. We are on our way south after leaving Western NY this morning. My son had the Thai Bowl Game with Chicken and ate the entire bowl. My wife had the Care Bear Spinach Wrap Burrito "excellent". I enjoyed the Sergeant Pepper Burrito with all the spice!Now that my driving duties are done for today, I tried the Rogue Blackberry & Honey Kolsch which complemented the burrito perfectly. My wife and I both put half our meal into a Togo container before we began eating. Something for later down the road in a few hours. Service was awesome and I used $3 account credit from previous stops here. All in with tip was $60. Always a pleasure to stop here!

Overall, not super impressed with the food here. Seems like a good place to grab a beer, not so sure about the food. I had the fish tacos which were unusually bland. I've had a few of the burritos too and likewise thought they were okay, but not something I would get. Seems to be a popular place so must be doing some right.

Always a Motown fav! Menus are at the door, walk up to the counter to order, grab your silverware and drinks, then seat yourself, food is delivered to your table. Not your traditional WV restaurant which is why I love it. They offer protein options like tofu, jackfruit and beans, as well as your traditional options. Plus 20 beers on tap from West Virginia and other popular breweries. Super laidback, comfortable and welcoming restaurant that embraces culture, art and music. 15+ year customer!

Food was served cold. Flavor was good but difficult to enjoy due to presentation. Not quite what you would expect from a quesadilla.
