Bistro 303 Prime Cuisine

We had a fantastic experience here. We had a mixed party of kids and adults. They were accommodating to all. The bar drinks were very well made, each catered to our liking. The meals were prepared beautifully and carefully. Everything was delicious. The bruschetta was the favorite appetizer. The shrimp were huge! And the egg rolls were very good as well. The surf and turf was wonderfully displayed and delicious. The crab cake stole the show! The sea bass was great as well as the smoked filets. The salmon also got a raving review. The chef came to check on our party and told us about some of the items we had eaten. So friendly and passionate about his menu. Great addition to the Valley! I hope they keep it up! Highly recommend! We will return!

Not good. New restaurant that took over a failed business. I was really looking forward to this new place. I'm a travel nurse and I'm in Weirton for at least 1 more year. Food is ok, not bad, not great. It's a very limited menu with seafood offerings that I only am familiar with a couple. Then there's 2 steaks I believe. One about $45 and the other a whopping $65. This would be moderately expensive in San Francisco but here, it's absolutely insane. I have a background in culinary arts and kitchen business mgt and I give this place until about Jan 25th 2025. However, if the owners dramatically expand the menu and lower prices, it may work out. Being a new business, I know it's tough and I really want to support them with my business. Even with my big paychecks, it's not worth the main meal pricing. Appetizers have lower prices so maybe there's hope for them! 1 . Prices on the entrees are beyond ridiculous and I was going to rate zero stars, but since appetizers are expensive but reasonable, I'm ok with 1 star ****The service is good, food is ok, ambiance is fine**** It's like hard coded above the food and service to be improved but I can't remove these! Just pricing needs to improve and I'd make a more broad appeal type menu

My wife and I finally had the opportunity to check out this local spot. It definitely gave off the "fine dining" vibes so when I found out about the Valentine's Day special I figured it was time to check it out! It was very busy upon arrival as expected on Valentines Day and took a few minutes to be seated which is to be expected. We were shown to our table and ordered the V-Day special along with some wine and took in the restaurant. It is beautifully decorated and a nice atmosphere for an evening out. Our waitress was very professional and didn't miss a beat. We were extremely satisfied with the service. Our food came and here's the honest review. Bread was great. Dipping oil was seasoned well and was delicious. The lobster bisque was the highlight of our night and was to die for! The lobster tail was perfectly cooked and with the melted butter it was delicious. The baked potato was good but not really anything to talk about. It was a little underwhelming. Our side of Alfredo Pasta was also really good. The steak. Seasoned perfectly. Cooked perfectly. It was tough. It was a New York strip and I understand that for the price point it was "worth it". I would have happily paid extra for a fillet. Just kinda needed a fillet. It's a special night out. I'm fine with a strip if it's tender. It just wasn't. Dessert was delicious and we had an overall great evening. Spent some time at the bar afterwards and enjoyed an Old Fashioned with some Rye whisky and capped off a great evening. We will definitely be returning!

Creative delicious and high end food, excellent service, drinks and ambience. Can't wait to go back.

Food and service were Excellent.The Lobster Bisque was the best I ever had.Definitely a place you will want to try.

Some of the best food we have ever eaten, especially locally! Servings were huge and the quality was impeccable. The service was friendly and the chef came out and made sure that everyone was being taken care of, even offering off menu items. The ambiance is slightly less fine dining than the food, but still very nice. The only reason to withhold the fifth star is the timing- they seemed a bit short staffed and we were there for two hours all together. Still, an amazing experience!

We just had dinner at Bistro 303 for our anniversary celebration. The staff are so gracious and friendly. The food is fabulous. Our waitress,Lauren, attended to every perfect detail of the meal. The menu is unique and serves up culinary delight to all taste preferences. Lauren also served up a surprise anniversary dessert. Looking forward to our next meal there!
