Bishop's Pizza

The food is great. You can call ahead but if you want to eat in it's probably not a good place but if you're on the go, it's a very good place especially if you're coming to Pittsburgh from the south side of Pittsburgh

I absolutely love their buffalo wings cooked crispy. Their sides are delicious and as well as their hoagies n pizza. I have yet to be disappointed in anything I've ever ordered.

First time trying Bishops but my father in law said it's the best in town and has been going there for years. I ordered a large for pickup. When I got there 25 mins later it was waiting for us. The pie was a size larger than most national chain pizza shops. Julia at the front was wonderful and provided plates and napkins. Parking around back is open but I pulled up along the side and had no issues. The pizza was really good, just the right amount of sauce and a little sweet which we loved! I'm totally a fan now and would recommend to anyone!!

Ordered from here recently and it was an awful experience. On the phone I was told it would be 30 minutes. It took over an hour. No big deal if the food was good, but it was not at all. The inside is one of the dirtiest pizza spots I've ever seen. On top of that, not a single worker was wearing a mask inside. Actually, one was wearing it on his chin the whole time. This was back during the height of covid.The pizza was slimy and had way to much cheese. The crust had little flavor and no texture at all because of how soggy the pizza was.

This was one of my favorite spots growing up. Moved to north hills and came out to west mifflin just for the nostalgia. We went in to pay and 5 staff members of the 5 were not wearing masks. After paying I threw it away. I called after so not to avoid an in person confrontation to ask for clarification of the policy and they said those at register had to wear them. Two individuals were running register unmasked just during my time paying. Called and the man who answer laughed when I asked for clarification. Sad that a place of food service can't do their part to stop this horrible time for restaurant. industry. Places like this ruin it for everyone. Reporting to health department. Went to showcase instead.

First things first, no masks to be seen here upon walking in to pick up our food. Gross. The pizza was super doughy and undercooked. The breadsticks had little to no garlic flavor. We opted for the cheesy breadsticks which seem to just be cold cheese thrown on top of plain dough. Interesting technique. The saving grace were the fried pickles spears. They were yummy!

This is one of the better pizza joints in this area. Therefore, we order from here from time to time, but to be honest I normally go for something like a sandwich or a hoagie. The menu is quite varied, so it can be a mixed bag depending on what you order.Today we ordered the following for pickup the island burger, fried pickles, buffalo ranch wings, and the reuben with fries. The burger is good but could use a little more sauce. Next, the fried pickles are great! Then, the buffalo ranch wings are slightly above average. Lastly, the reuben is very good, but I really wish they griddled the bread. The fries are very lackluster...frozen, not fresh-cut, soggy run-of-the-mill fries.We will be back and will likely switch it up a bit to try something different.

Let me say that the Seafood Supreme pizza I got Friday was a thing of beauty. And smelled so good. I finished it up today and it was as good reheated as it was when it was fresh. Great job Bishop's.

I ordered a large pizza with toppings and a large "white" pizza. When I got it home found I had the large with toppings, as ordered, and a large PLAIN pizza. Disappointing, but Oh Well.I had also ordered two dozen "Jumbo" wings. They should reword their menu and replace "Jumbo" with "Miniature" wings. Each "wing" was one segment of a wing -- some not too bad, but some were literally tiny.We have been going there for years but will have to reconsider in the future.

Ordered take out from this Bishops and walked in and no employees or customers were wearing masks..... I know this business is owned by a local and I am trying to support business like this but I can't rightly do this and put others in our community at risk by supporting a business that doesn't abide by the state's and CDC's rules.I don't understand how the business is okay with doing this and deliberately putting public safe and health in danger. If you care about your own, your family's and the public's health I would avoid this business at all costs. When I asked about this they are apparently exempt? Why exactly?-I know this isn't true. Lying and endangering public safety and community members lives.
