Billie Ann's Diner

This was my first visit to Billie Ann's and had a good experience. It's a traditional diner type of breakfast place with a very friendly staff.I ordered the western omelette and French toast. The omelette was okay, I felt it could've had more cheese and less of the other ingredients. The white toast was also okay. The French toast was very good and highly recommend ordering it. The other plates of pancakes that passed by looked very good. Overall a cute little diner with nice people

Was craving diner breakfast food, and Billie Ann's hit the spot!!The eggs and home fries were delicious, but the French toast was my favorite!! Such kind staff, and great service! Our food came out quick too! Will be back!

This place is always packed! The servers are AMAZING! I like to come here with my mom. I usually order breakfast. I've also had soup. Their soups are delectable. If you're looking for a good, lively diner, this is it.

I've been looking for a diner near me for a while now. This is it!!!My mom and I went for lunch. The place was packed!!! The food and the service were great. The menu is extensive. I can't wait to go back!!!

When it comes to outstanding diners Billie Ann's is indeed one of the best. I arrived here for breakfast and was told I could sit anywhere. The place had only one waitress-Amy-she was amazing! She was right on the ball to make sure that everyone was serviced well, had refills on their coffee, take your order, and see that your food is delivered promptly and made to order.The diner is small but I noticed that there is another room which I would guess is designed for overflow or whatever it is needed for. Breakfast is served all day with daily specials on a board. I noticed that the most popular items are country scrambles filled with meat, eggs, cheese, and other things and of course their omelets. I went with the later-having ordered a veggie omelet with a side of home fries and rye toast. The food came out fairly quickly and no sooner than I put my napkin on my lap Amy was there with the ketchup Portion sizes are very generous. The omelet was delicious and the home fries were out of this world good!Later I got to meet the owner Billie Ann who told me she took over this business a couple of years ago and has seen to its success. She told me that Amy did all the holiday decorating in and out of the diner and it is beautifully done! She was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel right at home during our conversation.Prices are very reasonable. Please be aware that if you are using a card to pay, there is a small service fee. A sign on the window advises you of this form of payment. They serve both breakfast and lunch here and have a children's menu. This was my first visit here but I will definitely return to try out their lunches. Directional advice- Billie Ann's diner is located on Miller's Run Road which can be very tricky if you are driving west to Cecil from I 79. Please ignore the two exits that say Miller's Run Road and instead drive past them to Reissing Rd and make an immediate right onto that and then immediately turn right to Miller's Run Road. The diner sits to right in a small business plaza with a parking lot. There is an overflow lot nearby.

Excellent service, yummy food. We've gone in for breakfast, lunch & dinner many times and always have a great meal

Loved the food, people, and vibe. If they have potato pancakes, get them! We will be going back soon.

First time at Billie Ann's Diner for breakfast The food was excellent. French toast was the best I've ever had. Generous portions of biscuits and gravy. Yummy. The service was excellent. Friendly people. The place is clean and neat. I would highly recommend for breakfast I will definitely go back and bring friends.
