Still love BSB. I hear a lot of complaints about other locations, but the Washington one is awesome. The owner is always nice and friendly. Wednesday is a deal day so that's typically when I order. My favorite flavors are cash club and dirty harry!

Have been wanting to try a Big Shot Bob's for a while. But the closest one to us is take-out only & just far enough away to get soggy wings by the time you get home. We were in Washington, & I was craving an Italian sub, so after checking out a few menus online after some online recommendations, we settled for this place.Everyone behind the counter was friendly. We watched some women's NCAA basketball while we were waiting & dining. The food didn't take very long. The Itlaian sub was great. They have wide buns, the wife & I split one & each got wings. My son got a salad & some wings, & my daughter got a cheeseburger. We played it safe and got Honey BBQ wings as it's a favorite. Next trip, I am definitely branching out to other flavors. Maybe Teriyaki next?The vibe reminded me of places like the old Carhop's in Dormont, or maybe the Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe in Greentree.I am always happy when a place has a fryer & does not also serve shellfish like shrimp or Calamari. I have a severe allergy, and cross-contamination is always a concern.

Wings are good, but WAY OVERPRICED. Who is ordering enough to keep them in business? 13 wings for $25 is ridiculous. Chicken prices are lower now than they were 2 years ago.

I traveled 2 hours to meet a friend of mine here, it wasn't quite what we thought it was, it's more of a take out place, but they do have tables and booths to sit at. The wing selection is HUGE, we ended up with 6 different kinds between the 6 of us and they were all delicious!! The cheese fries are 100% worth the $10, they come out in a baking tray (like you'd bake a lasagna in) - great onion rings too. I will definitely be back!!

Wings are always great! Crispy on the outside but still juicy! So many flavors to choose from but the pigeon wings are my favorite! Everyone who works there is always very nice and accommodating and willing to give their opinions on flavors! Their brick and mortar is a small little place but inviting!
