Lots of flavors. Wasn't happy with the chrispyness. I always ask for extra chrispy. I will try again

Heck yes I'm giving this place five stars. They delivered to the brewery that me and my friends were hanging out at and their wings selection was off the charts. I was a little skeptical of how the wings would taste being that it was delivered but they were on point!They were not under cooked or overcooked, but just right! I had the black and yellow which were fantastic. I think I found my new wing place. Sorry Jiggers, it's been real but I gotta move on.

Got a late night order in (a plus) and quick delivery (plus) but wasn't overly impressed with the burger. I can get down on a greasy burger like nobody, but this was a little far around the bend for me. Might be right for some, but just not my speed.

I hate leaving a bad review but this is honest... Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Wanted to love this place but that didn't happen. We waited an hour and 20 min for food. Wings gave us bad stomachaches and the sauces were alright but thick and piled on. Bone-in wings were so-so. The fries were way too salty to eat. We had to toss them. The best part was the house salad (but minus some cheese). Worst of all, the employee who handed us the food was not wearing a mask. I asked if they wear masks while preparing food and he hesitated and said "uhhhhh yeah they are back there" but just "forgot" to put it back on... huh? To show that much indifference to other people... have the opinions on masks you want but in the service industry, you have to be extra safe.

This has to be the 4th time I've gotten a random salad from this place... I have attached a picture of what the salad on the site looks like and what mine showed up looking like... I even listed all the toppings because it always shows up with random things... and no dressing when I specifically asked for dressing. This is very disappointing because the rest of the food is always good

I make it a point to visit here once a week to try all of the flavors. There are too many good ones to choose fromI suggest pookie or gold fire. I have yet to try anything other than the boneless wings, only because if i do, that means its a visit there that i dont get to eat them. One day ill try something else, perhaps when i have tried all the flavors... twice... maybe thrice

Best spot for wings, hands down. I highly recommend the Prime Time and Steel City sauces. But you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose. A couple of us are in the process of trying each of the sauces and none have been disappointing. Also, their hoagies are fantastic and they don't skimp on anything!

Big Shot Bob's House of Wings in Jeannette is one of approximately 15 locations. For those of you not familiar with the area, although it is technically a Jeannette address, it's really more in the Harrison City area. For those who are familiar, BSB's is in the Giant Eagle (formally Festival) plaza and is located on the far left end of the strip, where the Rita's Italian Ice used to be.Anyway...I stopped here the other day on a whim. I was out with my little bean (only 8 months old and not yet interested in chicken wings. However, I had heard some amazing things about this place from two different people. I had been out and about in the morning. It was now about noon and I hadn't had breakfast or lunch...not good. I stopped and was greeted within about 30 seconds from a nice older man, who may or may not have been the owner. I asked what I could get quick to go, since I had the baby. He suggested getting a hoagie, which he could whip up - unheated - in about 2 minutes. I said okay and had a seat on one of the benches. Sure enough, I was promptly delivered an Italian hoagie; with a drink it came to $12 and some change. I took it home and ate while my little one was napping. The hoagie was good and I imagine it would have been even better toasted.I managed to grab a menu which I perused while I ate. The who back side is dedicated to their wing flavors, which makes you want to go back and try every single one! After one quick experience, I was pleased. The food is a little pricey, which may be okay for Pittsburgh, but doesn't fair as well out here. That being said, I would definitely go back to try what they say are the best wings around: "We serve the Best Wings in Westmoreland County" - straight from the website. I'm hoping it's the truth!

Waited 30 minutes for food after it was to be ready. Half of the food was cold. Order was not correct. Stopped ordering from them about two years ago for bad service but wanted to give them a try again because it use to be a favorite in our house. Will not be ordering from them again.

Nah--not very good.Their wings are low quality and never cooked to my liking; they're always gummy and undercooked. It's neat that they have so many sauces, but aside from that, it's not worth ordering from here. We spend so much time deciding on sauces that we are underwhelmed with the finished product overall and wish we had ordered elsewhere.The idea of quick and convenient (just a walk-up window here--was a Rita's location at one point), along with multiple ordering platforms and delivery services, makes it tempting to order again but I'm not sure it's worth my time.I wish I had taken a picture of a Doordash order I got from "Prosperous Fried Chicken," which was BSB's operating under a sort of ghost kitchen concept--as another user on Yelp stated, the picture didn't even come close to what we actually got. I paid around $20 for an order of run-of-the-mill frozen restaurant chicken tenders covered in a sticky honey sauce, but the photos made it look like I was getting fresh hand-breaded fried chicken. I felt embarrassed that I fell for the Doordash "scam."Unless I'm at a gathering nearby and the consensus is chicken wings specifically from BSB's, I don't plan on ever ordering from here again. I'd like to see this place close down and something better move in.
