Big Shot Bob's House of Wings - Cranberry

For anyone sleeping on Big Shot Bobs salads, they have some of THE BEST steak salads around the area. They load up the big white containers with all the good stuff and better yet they're decently priced! I've tried several around the area and keep coming back to Bobs. Sometimes I order every couple weeks when I'm over that way for my daughters gym practice. Another positive, they are shareable! I definitely think they're big enough to split with your other half or bestie (esp if you order wings), whatever your fancy, haha.Take it from this Yelper and go get you some Big Shot Bobs steak salads!

You'd think if you sold wings on Superbowl Sunday, you would have some sort of mechanism to limit online orders passed your capacity. Well, you'd think wrong in the case of this Big Shot Bob's location. I order wings many hours in advance on their web site, and sat in the store for 1.5 hours passed that pickup time. The people manning the front of the house had no clue what was going on in the back and were "just helping out". After checking in at that 1.5 hour mark we were told our wings weren't even started at which point we requested to cancel. The front stuff couldn't even guarantee our order would be canceled though they took our information. It has been 10 days and our money has not been refunded. Get wings at a different location.

Placed an online order a couple hours in advance since it was Friday night. Showed up and food wasn't ready but gratefully they weren't too backed up and so we got our food 5-10 minutes later. I really enjoyed my Pouncey wings. The fries were a little lackluster and they weren't very seasoned and had grown very damp in the tin foil in just the few minute drive home. This was remedied by placing them in the air fryer and crisping them back up. Prices are fair and potions are pretty good size across all BSB locations.

I happen to stumble into this place as I was not with a place originally chosen. I am so thankful I went into Bob's. The Chicken Wings (200 different flavors) Romey Rome were so mouth watering delicious. The Honey BBQ were just as wonderful. I had leftovers of both and RR wings with leftover Potatoes from dinner went so well for my brunch. Looking forward to finishing the Honey BBQ soon. Thank you for the roll of paper towels to go. So very much appreciated and grateful!!! A note to all "THIS IS A CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT!!!! You go, Bob!!! Keep that cash flowing. I don't want my spending monitored by plastic!!!!

First time at this specific big shot bobs, but I have been here many times before. If you're expecting amazing wings and other food, this probably isn't the place. It's not fancy in the slightest, but if you want a good amount of wings for a pretty low price, with tons of options for toppings/flavors, this is precisely where you want to be. I waited too long to write my review and I can't remember my order now! However, I know I enjoyed the flavors, the amount of sauce and the crispness of the wings. The fries on the other hand were not worth it. Really limp. Fries are only good when they are crisp if you ask me! Thankfully we have an air fryer so we took them home and they were much better! My only wish is that you could choose more flavors for a smaller order of wings because I find myself getting really bored of the single flavor about half way through.

I ordered wings from Big Shot Bob's for the super bowl. I ordered the wings 3 hour ahead of time to be ready for a specific time. I ordered a total of 24 wings online and gave a 20% tip. The wings were not ready when I arrived at my pickup time. I waited 1 HR. 45 minutes for the order to be ready. They offered no apology for their poor service. Their web site boasts jumbo wings. That is an outright lie!! The wings were tiny with practically no meat on them at all. This is by far the worst wing place I have ever gone to in my life!!

I will never order from here again. I made mistake of trying to use an invalid coupon from another location. i was told I couldn't use the coupons when picking up. I asked if there were any deals or coupons for that location I could use. instead of just simply saying "no", the worker was very rude and went on to tell me that he didn't have any time to waste with me because they were so extremely busy and basically he didn't care if I came back again... so I won't.again, it was my mistake with the coupon, but the escalated it too aggressively and extremely rude.

Wings here are amazing. However, very shady payment issues. If you order online you pay by credit card, it says right on their door they accept credit card, they have credit card machine to take it too. I placed an order over phone this time and used credit card in the past upon pick up. When I went to pay my $75 bill she told me it was cash only and pointed me to ATM next to register. Several of us customers questioned this and she said we take card in afternoon but not evening. No where does it say that and one gentlemen asked over the phone before placing the order. The owner tries to make as much as he can when he is really busy by only taking cash for phone or in store orders and not having to pay credit card fee. They force you to use an onsite ATM which charges $3 fee and the owner gets kick backs from having it on site. Total joke and really not a legal ethical way to do business. We will use another location after this. I don't mind cash only places when they are upfront about and I can have the money ready before I show up, not just change payment methods when they want to.

'WET' old bay wings. Horrible. Looks like a sandy beach. Maybe don't make so many sauces if you can't get them right. Go elsewhere.

I placed an online order on Super Bowl Sunday for 5pm pickup. The order was never fulfilled. That's not the issue - I understand it's a busy day for wings and it is what it is. My issue is that the order was never canceled, it was just simply unfulfilled so I still got a full charge for it. I called a week later and they told me they were working on it. Three months later and I still haven't received a refund or a meal voucher
