Big Shot Bob’s House - Munhall

Hosted a wing night this past Friday. We each ordered a dozen in different flavors. 10 dozen in all. It was so fun. Thankfully they labeled everything really well. Big Fine Woman 3000 and Ox's were my favorite. Note for those that can't handle the heat - DON'T go Walking in Beaver Falls. Very hot!!!! I hear you can TALK about it (slightly tamer flavor). Staff was great when I ordered - please make sure you call the intended location. Pleasant Hills popped up first for me and we didn't realize I had the wrong place until halfway through placing the order since all locations don't have the same flavors. My only suggestion on the menu would be to put a "heat factor" next to each. It's hard to tell what has serious spice from mild. Also ordered a Cajun chicken salad - looked and tasted amazing.

Big Shot Bob's has been expanding like crazy it seems lately. I believe this location opened up about three months ago. I'm glad to see a non-pizza joint opening up here!It's a nice location on the main drag with a small parking lot. They specialize in wings, but have sandwiches as well. Even so, I've only had the wings at any of the locations I've been to before. We tried 13 Frankie Vallie bone-in wings and 13 Mister CS bone-in wings today. If you tend to only get wings at bars when they are on special, then you'll find their wings on the pricier side. The Frankie Vallie wings were coated with sauce like a black-lighted motel room and very tasty. The Mister CS were good, but were a little too dry and towards the end of the bakers dozen they became almost overwhelming salty. I'm hoping I don't develop a kidney stone! Regardless, I liked the Cajun spice called Black Magic and I look forward to trying it paired with a bbq sauce. Now that they are so close, it will be much easier to explore the extensive list of wing flavors.

Decent wings and fries. Hoagies need some work, starting with better bread. Overall quality of food is good. Worth ordering a few different things to see what you like.

Just ask my family. I would love at BSBs every day of the week. Crispy, huge and flavorful wings. My favorites: black magic (Cajun seasonings and butter), ain't my faulks (a delightful, memorable flavor (a touch of sweetness and a whole lot of goodness) and if you love saucy and sassy together go with the game changers! I have tasted a LOT of flavors, none are bad to me - I have an eclectic pallet ....just some of my favorites that sometimes I can't get past. Lol. And their salads. Omg. Loaded with fresh veggies and massive!!! Yep they are not the cheapest wing place or wings but I am still searching for a wing in the Burgh that can dethrone BSBs..... I'm thinking it isn't going to happen !!!

Holy greaseballs! I mean, I know it's wings; but these were literally swimming in an oil slick. My boneless wings were so overly greasy and a couple of them were rubbery and inedible. The non-rubbery ones had decent flavor, but it was covered up by the excess oil. Sides of onion rings and tater tots were soggy from the takeout containers. Tater tots were a little overcooked as well. Overall, I just didn't love it. As a side note, they have like 100+ different sauce/seasoning options on Grubhub. I like that you can customize, but it was a bit of overload for me.

They put wayyyy too much salt on these wingsI got lemon pepper parm. I couldn't even eat 1 whole wing they're so salty. Are they trying to raise my blood pressure?!?

Service is absolutely trash. The maskless and pajama-clad employees will give you attitude when you inquire about the status of your order that's already 20 minutes late. No wonder Mark Madden loves this place so much.

After having a bad experience at the South Side location, we decided to try Munhall instead yesterday. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!

GREAT wings. And awesome sauce flavors. Will be a go-to take out place for me for sure!!
