I was searching for a delivery service for my elderly mother, as I am in Los Angeles and worry about her eating properly & having enough groceries. I came across this business & was impressed by the variety of items & stores covered and saw the many great reviews it had received. I talked to Lisa before placing the delivery because I had concerns about items being left outside of my mothers building or my mother, who is in a delicate state, having to carry heavy groceries to her apartment. Lisa assured me that she would not only bring them to her apartment, but help put them away! Wait, what? She not only delivered on that promise, but took a selfie with mom before she left, which made me all warm & fuzzy. Lisa goes above & beyond for her customers and loves what she does. Her service really gives me peace of mind, as my mother has been ripped off before by businesses that don't even so much as bring every item that was ordered & paid for. Thank you, Lisa, for all that you do. I will definitely be utilizing your service again.

I work for a company in downtown Pittsburgh and we couldn't be more thrilled with this service. Each week, Lisa brings us a big load of groceries for the office from Sam's Club and Giant Eagle. We frequently have parties and happy hours in our office and we need big quantities od foods and beverages. Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure we are able to get what we need for every event, in a very timely manner. We have asked Lisa for many special requests and she is always willing to go the extra mile to serve us. She is very responsive and a friendly, genuine professional. I love this service!! Not a positive experience at all. I found the owner, Lisa, to be unfriendly and unprofessional. Not only were my groceries delivered later than expected, but they were also poorly bagged (perhaps because she was running late?) and some of my items were damaged as a result. When I contacted the owner, she did not apologize nor did she offer to refund or replace the damaged items. I was simply told I'd have to place another order. Needless to say, I declined and decided to go elsewhere.

Talk about an angel? Lisa was a wonder to work with. I called from Florida to order groceries for a homebound friend in Pittsburgh. I am about as computer backward as they come. I've never ordered anything online before. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Patient is an understatement. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. Lisa, you're a Godsend! Thank you so much!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Lisa is awesome! I just got out of the hospital and was stuck. Since I live alone getting groceries was a challenge. I just came across Lisa's site and thought I'd give it a try. She was on target! Not only was she friendly and professional, she brought my groceries right to my kitchen! I do not think it's anymore expensive than getting into my car and doing shopping for myself. If anything I save money because I see the total add up everytime I put something in my cart. As someone who has a chronic illness and is disabled...I just found the answer to one of my biggest problems!! Thank you, Lisa!! I'm spreading the word!!

Wow, a last-minute gift that got executed in style! I was searching for online grocery delivery in Pitt, and stumbled across Lisa's business. It's always a risk, trusting faceless internet sites...but how lucky I was.Lisa was exceptionally responsive and exceedingly helpful. I phone ordered a grocery "gift basket" for a good friend in Pittsburgh's birthday. Not only did she make the process fast, seamless and pleasant - my friend just loved the present, which arrived at her door in Lawrenceville on Saturday morning.I would highly recommend this service!!

Can't say enough how thrilled I am to have found Lisa and her service. My 89 year old mom lives alone and can't always get to the store, so will often run low on groceries. Living in another state, I am often frustrated about how I can help her. Enter Lisa, ta dah!! Not only did Lisa bring the groceries into the house for my mom, but offered to put them away for her!!
