Belleria Pizzeria

I called in a take-out order when it was very slow between lunch and dinner time. There was no one in the restaurant, except the workers when it was picked up, so they weren't busy at all. The person taking order keyed in the wrong food, so everything had to be remade once I arrived. On top of screwing up the food, she also overcharged me the wrong prices. I didn't realize that till I had got home, and when I called to tell her that, she told me that she couldn't credit the credit card because the person that is able to do that was not there, so, she had to write my name in a book with a credit.

I will never order online from this restaurant again. For $25 dollars, I received a 12 inch pizza, cold and hard. I also received 6 wings, the skin was so hard you could break a tooth trying to eat them. They offered a free same meal, but I had to decline.

Another place I've been to that I've never reviewed. The Canfield location has the great pizza. You can do carry out. But the Canfield place has a restaurant side and a great bar side. The pizza is really good, as good as all the other Belleria's. But being a restaurant lets you get it and eat it while still steaming hot. And great location.Right next to Zenobia. A really good middle eastern restaurant. And across the street from a really good Mexican restaurant. Tequila Jalisco. So, worth a drive, and even if you change your mind in the way, you got a couple other options that are also really, really good!

I wish I could write a better review but this is t the first time I've had to finish cooking my food when I bring it home. It's almost like no one cares what they are doing in the kitchen and forget to check at what food should look like. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

Sandwiches are to come with fries, according to the menu. They do not. 70% of the reason why you order a sandwich is for the fries. And since their sandwiches aren't anything special it's doubly import to not screw up the fries part.

I am so sad to write this. I have been a faithful patron of the Belleria in Canfield, but I am officially done. The final straw was today. Ordered a pizza an hour before I needed it and specified the specific time, as the group eating it had only one half hour for lunch. It finally arrived, after I made another call, 22 minutes late. When we opened it , it was burnt and cold. This is just the most recent problem we have had with them. When I called was told sorry and then they hung up. I will not provide anymore business to them!!!

Terrible service at the bar! Online it said they closed at a different time than the door said. Either way we showed up 2 hours before either time. Bartender told us they were closing in 10 minutes but we could have one drink (she actually insisted we stay for one drink). She then sat at the bar and complained the whole time to her coworker that we came in and said we should have just gone to Zenobia next door. So we left our drinks and went there. Mind you, there were three other people still sitting at the bar eating as well.

Our food was cold and hard to cut. When the waiter was told, he looked confused and asked if we wanted it heated up. One of my party asked him to get her a replacement and he walked away. From then on, when he came around to check on our table, he would ask if everything was good and then walk away really quickly. Not coming back here again. That's for sure! Oh yeah, and it was really cold too.

Tried to call for a takeout order and they refused my order because they're busy. I don't believe that they're "swamped" the foods not that great anyways.
