Love the quality of the merchandise. Do not like the attitude of Katherine.. the tall lady cutting the lunch meat. She is rude and basically refuses to cut the pastrami thin. The 1st time I thought she was having a bad day but repeat performances show she just doesn't doesn't care. Time to ....let her go.

We(Franciscan Manor) get poinsettias from Beaver County Fruit Market to put a tree up at Heritage Valley Beaver. They are beautiful. Many people asked where we purchased them and how beautiful they are.

This store says quality service for who? I shopped there saturday and was followed by the employees then when i caught them following me, i voiced my frustrations loudly. The employee called the police. Stay clear of this store if you are of color.

Composite review.I used to shop this store a lot last year, twice a week. Usually the veggies are fresh but more than a few times, they have been end of run/pick, and spoiled very quickly. That said, by and large, this is a nice place to visit. I believe they are associated with a similar group north on rt 51 near the park. Cheeses are nice and in variable sizes. Service has been fine each time I visited. f8 and be there.

First off i would like to say i made this account just for this review. I'm not the type to review anything or complain, but this was one of the worst experiences i've ever had. I have shopped here on and off for a long time, and usually enjoyed my experiences. But i will never return! This store is under new management and has gone downhill severely. When i first came in i thought the place was doing better, there were more grocery items available and things looked nice, but cluttered. I headed to the side where the vegetables are and the produce in this store has become the worst i have ever seen anywhere. I then wanted to ask about a pasta i used to purchase there all the time and was told i had to talk to the new manager. I was greeted by a very dismissive grey or white haired man. I can't recall his name but it was short. he was nice at first until he could tell i was not pleased. He then became very dismissive of me and told me would be right back. He then began talking to someone who was obviously a friend of his, right outside the entrance for about 15 minutes never even looking at me again until i left. I got my things and went to check out, the girl at the register told me after I complained to her that it was typical behavior of him, and that the entire store has changed for the worse. I agree. I barely see any of the old employees that worked there when the store was nice. And the ones that are still there had nothing nice to say about this gentleman. On my way to my car he then noticed me again. He and the other man he was talking to, watched me struggle with a large amount of bags, and then to my amazement, as i got into my car made the comment "wow, we should have maybe helped you" with an insincere smile on his face. In conclusion, this used to be a good place to shop, it is now the same as every other nameless faceless grocery stores in the area. I will never return.
