Bar Association Restaraunt

Last night was my first time here and it certainly won't be my last. We were seated immediately for a Friday night which was surprising. The inside is great very festive and moody. We shared the crab dip with pita and chips. This was huge and so cheesy. If no one would've judged I totally would have licked the bowl clean. As my main I ordered the shrimp po boy, they grilled their shrimp rather than deep frying it. Which I didn't mind that change. The bread they used was so light and a little crunchy. I also really loved their sauce that they used. My fiance got their lobster roll which hes had before (he and a buddy went together once) and I thought he was lying when hr said how big it was. But he was telling the truth. ITS HUGE.

We had the best dinner at the Bar Association and can't wait to go back! We were seated immediately and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There's a whole side dining room, in addition to the bar area with a few high tables. Our group ordered sandwiches, and we were all super impressed! Everything was served hot and fresh, and we loved the "branding" on the buns. The chicken parm and steak sandwiches were delicious, as were the homemade chips and Tator tots. Their menu is full of a wide array of fruity and dessert martinis, but I went with a dirty martini, and it and as great. I especially loved that the olives were hand stuffed with blue cheese. We will definitely be back again, as there were so many more items on the menu that we want to try!

Wow! Before anything else, the food is soooo good! Love how they brand the buns with their name for a great added touch. I don't know if I've ever seen that before. The crab cake sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. It was a huge crab cake with the perfect amount of sauce on it. My husband loved the bbq pulled pork as well. Our server was so accommodating to us since we needed a high chair as well. She was so personable talking to us and explaining the menu since we had never been here before. Everything is a thumbs up! Great food, drinks, service and reasonable prices.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very modern, yet cozy!

Great food to match their awesome drinks. My blueberry pie martini was fantastic! They were short on staff, but it didn't seem to phase them at all!! Service was still great and food and drink quality was amazing.

One of my favorite spots in Washington County! All of their dessert martinis are delectable and the food is amazing as well! The newer (about a year or older) seated section of the restaurant is very cool. It's dark, moody and cozy! My favorites on the menu are: the crab cake sandwich, poutine, lemon drop martini, raspberry cheesecake martini! You can't go wrong!

My wife and I have been talking about visiting this place for quite some time and we decided to finally stop by. Glad that we decided to do so. We arrived and walked up to the door to see what the sign stated, thought maybe closed for a private event, but it was warning us that they were down a person and to be patient with them. As I walked away a nice young lady walked out and said that we are open.We walked in after I informed my wife. The place isn't super spacious, I didn't know what they layout was like. When you arrive they have two areas that you can sit. The bar and some bar tables near, or to the left which is a small room with maybe 5 tables or little more. Our waitress provided us the drink menu and wow judging from the menu the Martinis are the bread and butter around here. My wife had the Pineapple Upside Down Cake and damn was it good. It was perfect. I had the Old Fashioned and was able to select what whiskey I wanted with it. I chose Rye from Liberty Pole Spirits and you have a choice of smoked flavor of wood (Pear, Cheery, Apple, Peach, Oak, Hickory or Beech) I chose the hickory and damn it was amazing. Next time I'm going with a Martini but so many good ones to choose from. They do offer wine from next door at Silver Mark Cellars and wine from Sterling Vineyards in California. They did have beers from all over, but after the cocktail I went with a glass of cider from Arsenal Cider House in Pittsburgh and OMG she brought me a large glass with cider that is almost 9% ABV. It was good but wow it was large, no complaints.The food was amazing as my wife had a chicken poboy and loved it, and I went with the spicy burger, holy hell it was spicy but delicious. I'm going with the shrimp poboy next time. I love shrimp poboys. The service was spot on the nice young blonde lady was amazing, always checking on us. This place got busy really quick and I see why. They have terrific food, fast and reliable service and drinks are the best. I look forward to our next visit.

Great food and great martinis! Service was great. The menu was limited, but my husband and I both enjoyed our meals. The bar was small and it gets busy, so arrive early if you want to sit at the bar! Seems like a great place to hang out! I'll be back.

The specialty cocktails and martinis are worth the drive alone. I didn't get one but snuck a sip of the martini of the day my sister-in-law got. It was delicious and citrusy and sweet! They had a great selection of domestic and craft beer. I got the steak sandwich which was incredible. The arugula and garlicky aioli were a perfect touch to the expertly cooked steak. The fries were hand cut and so so crispy and salty and just right.I didn't get to try it but the poutine looked out of this world.

Amazing martinis and upscale bar food. Crab dip is amazing. Bartenders are super friendly too
