So I've been to Bali at least seven times, making this charming welcome taste of nostalgia. The greatest thing about this roadside culinary oasis is that the guys behind the grill really are from Bali (Believe me, I tested them some of their local knowledge). We primarily stuck to their delicious combo bowls loaded with shrimp, chicken, and beef. I had the PadThai and found it to be an authentic taste of Southeast Asia. The yum yum sauce was a big hit, and I only wish that had the tradition spicy Sambal but that is near impossible to get in the states All things considered, the Bali Brothers Kitchen transported me to this black sand beaches of Amed, Bali, and I can't wait to return to both. Now, if the Bai Brothers Kitchen could just serve up some Gado Gado, I'd be in Heaven

Staff was very friendly! Order was ready very quickly. I got shrimp hibachi and the gyoza. The shrimp was fresh and cooked perfectly- I hate rubbery, overdone shrimp. Prices are reasonable. Gyoza were good but tasted like frozen ones out of a bag, and they didnt come with any sauce. I should've ordered more yum yum! Will definitely be back for hibachi and to try the pad thai :)

Was really disappointed in the taste, quality, and cost of my meal. It didn't taste anything like hibachi and the rice and meat also did not resemble that of hibachi. The rice was a different size and texture and the meat poor quality. I paid over $18 for a steak bowl and couldn't bring myself to eat more then a few bites.
