Bakery at Nobby’s, by Meghann Walsh

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday from Meghann. I really wanted to find someone that could make it look a certain way, and as a secondary goal I hoped it would taste good. I had never heard of this bakery prior to doing a Google search for custom cakes. But wow the cake not only looked perfect but it tasted amazing! I requested a s'mores flavor and wasn't sure how it would turn out. Meghann knocked it out if the park. We received several comments on how good it was. I also ordered sugar cookies that tasted really good. I think this may be our new favorite bakery!

I recently discovered Nobby's Bakery, which bakes and sells products such as breads, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, coffee cakes, danishes, muffins, pies, cookies, brownies, cakes, and seasonal items such as chocolates. According to the business's website, Meghann attended culinary school years ago. I ordered a S'mores cookie and cinnamon rolls. The S'mores cookie was a little pricey, but it was a large size, and it tasted extremely good. I shared half of the cookie with my husband, and he enjoyed it also. The S'mores cookie tastes like an amazing chocolate chip cookie with some marshmallow. For the cinnamon rolls, my package did not have a sticker for baking instructions. As a result, I contacted the business through social media, and they responded within minutes. They sent me a photo of the instruction sticker, and they apologized for not including the sticker on the package. Excellent customer service! After baking the cinnamon rolls, my husband and I each ate one. The cinnamon rolls had the perfect amount of cinnamon, and the icing had an extremely rich and sweet flavor.

I ordered custom cakes for my husband and daughter's joint birthday party from Meghann and could not be more pleased! The process was seamless, the cakes were priced well, and the execution was perfect. The detail on my husband's Star Wars cake was especially impressive! On top of that the cakes tasted amazing!! My daughter's cake was chocolate, but the star of the show was the vanilla and Carmel cake my husband had. Throughout the party everyone was asking where we got the cakes and commenting on how great they were. We have definitely found our new go to bakery! Thank you Meghann!
