Bado's Pizza Food Truck & Catering

Had the opportunity to try some food from this truck for the first time, recently. The menu seemed like your typical pizza shop options, until I saw the Italian Rustic Cone.. a hollowed out loaf of bread stuffed with pasta, sauce, cheese, and topped with two meatballs and some more cheese. The staff working were very friendly and gave me a ton of napkins and a fork to tackle the monstrosity that is this "cone". The meatballs were the star of the dish. They were huge, juicy, and flavorful. The pasta was just average at best with some of the noodles a little squishy and overcooked. The bread was a little tough. We were only able to eat a few bites of it. The truck itself seemed clean and they had a cute Christmas blow-up snow globe going. Worth a stop for something fun and different but wouldn't hunt them down.

Yum!! This was my first time having Bado's and it did not disappoint! Who can deny freshly made pizza from a food truck? Because it's freshly made, expect to wait maybe 10 min for your order. They had cheesesteak hoagies, salads, and pizza bowls which are gluten free! We got 4 cuts of the Margarita & Bianco pizzas. They are huge! I definitely was full after the second piece but I didn't stop there lol. Such a good lunch pop up in Nova Place!

My friend had this food truck at his birthday party and it was an excellent addition to the celebration. They were able to quickly serve us food, including custom pizzas. The menu had 3 specialty pizzas, custom pizza topping option, fried chicken, and 2 types of salad. I order the fries chicken and a garden salad on the side. The chicken was very crispy and seasoned very well. It was freshly out of the fryer and the meat was still tender. The salad was extremely fresh with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and a side of ranch. It was a great balance of flavor from the fried crispy chicken to a fresh healthy and refreshing bite. I also went back and ordered a custom pizza with bacon and green peppers. The pizza had plenty of cheese, my favorite, and the perfect amount of sauce to not overwhelm the entire flavor. They piled on the ingredients so every bite had a taste of each ingredient. Pizzas are all made to order, so they came hot out of the oven and custom to your preference. Fantastic idea for a party and give your guests delicious food, highly recommended!

Had a chance to get a hot sausage hoagie with onions, mushrooms and a good tomato sauce. The sausage had just the right amount of heat and was very big. A really good hoagie.

Thanks for coming back to a second year!! Centennial Pointe loves having you. The pizza dough is so fresh and tasty. We had the Bianco and cheese both were extra cheesy which we love. The steak salad and ranch dressing was so good. Can't wait to visit the brick and mortar next.

Just had Brado's food truck for the first time. I had the hot sausage hoagie and my wife had a white pizza. Both were awesome..highly recommend

Bado's Food Truck catered our event with 100+ guests this weekend.The pizza, pasta and salads were amazing - no complaints from anyone. We very much appreciated the staff's courtesy and professionalism. And, they arrived early!Of course, the novelty of the food truck elevated the fun-level of the party!
