Awesome park and trail! I've never heard of this place before but glad I was able to make it. There is a playground, benches, open inside area, marina and more. It will be lovely to walk though in the summer and have a picnic. Nice views of the river and grassy areas

A relatively new community park with a lot to offer. A new fishing dock was donated with generous gifts from the Estate of William M. Cadwallade and the Hillman Foundation. There's a new free Summer concert series called Rock the River. Part of the fun is a nice kayak rental facility.hosted.by Kayak Pittsburgh. A new event space is available for rental, it's a rather large pavilion. Bathrooms are quite modern, a step up from what I see at most parks. Then there's some comfortable Adirondack with a gorgeous view of the Allegheny. Certainly something for those who would like to relax or also enjoy a more active life.

Beautiful muti-use community park! Home to Farmer x Baker and 3ROC (3 River's Outdoor Company). This park has a LMC amazing indoor/outdoor rental space that is perfect for your next family or corporate gathering. The park is well maintained and provides river access in addition lovely green space for the kids and pets to run.

Today we stopped at this park for our first visit. What a very nice surprise! From the most excellent and artistic playground, to the boardwalk and dock area, and including the dog park, amphitheater, wetlands, party room, and very clean restrooms, this place is AWESOME ... Cheers!!!!

Nice little park hidden away in Aspinwall. Well, I don't know how well hidden it actually is now that there are brightly color signs so you at least can't miss where to turn on to River Avenue. But once you're back there, you'll forget all about the traffic zooming along Freeport Road. There are several free parking lots conveniently near the park. It's a smaller but lovely park. I'd recommend it as a good place for kids since there's a playground and some open areas to run around. There is a beautiful space that can be rented out for weddings. Kayak Pittsburgh even has a location here as well.I found a few lounge chairs as well as I wandered around. This would also be a good place to relax in the shade under a tree or along the river. There are a few walkways but it's not much for trails. However if/when this park is connected to the rest of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail I think it will be pretty amazing.

Not a bad little park to spend some time at. Tucked away along the Allegheny River in Aspinwall, this park has a walking trail, docks, lots of seating, bathrooms and a playground for the kids. I recommend a visit if you happen to be in the area.

A-wall park is a gem that sits across the street from the residential area. You can bring your kids to play on the massive state-of-the-art jungle gym art sculpture or stroll around the paths. You can also sit on the loungers that over look the river or in a peaceful area under a tree. This park is not large (yet) as it is still in development. There is a nice marina that is also still being expanded and Kayak Pittsburgh has a little dock. The biggest issue is crossing Freeport Road to get there and there is limited signage to where the entrance is. Cross at the light at Brilliant, make a right and walk toward the river at the fur store. That is all you need to know.

Sad use of riverfront "park". More space dedicated to concrete and gravel for parking than green space to enjoy. Serious lack of even basic amenities like park benches. Most of the riverfront is taken up by a huge event space with private decks, docks and patio space for an eatery and yet more parking.
