Thi is a small store with a surprisingly good selection of foods. The snack selection is especially impressive, but they also carry sauces and ingredients for various Asian dishes and a lot interesting beverages. The prices are reasonable for imports. I liked especially that they have some bakery products in the freezer (the sort that are shelf stable and sold in supermarkets in Japan and Korea). The store is exceptionally well-organized and cleanly laid out. It has a lot of variety for the small size as well. The aisles aren't cluttered or hard to walk through and the proprieter is very polite and prompt to check you out. I think the store prefers payment in cash, so it's good to take some with you.

This is a wonderful little shop!It is, indeed, small. But it is packed with a lot of items. Most products have English labels, but some do not. (There seemed to be a variety of Asian languages.) A camera translation app may be useful, but the staff is even better! The lady working at the store on the day I visited was so nice! She made me feel like a friend. She knew the inventory, and helped me find some great items. The prices seemed very reasonable to me, too.I am very glad I popped into this place!

What a treat to have this cute little shop in town! They have a wonderful selection of the essentials: sauces, noodles, seasonings, and more. My kids are especially fond of the robust snack selection, and we always enjoy seeing what's in the freezer by the checkout. The store is well lit and tidy, and the employees have always been courteous and helpful.

Fun shop to explore. Nice variety of grocery items and other non-food products. I went in for one particular item, and ended up with a full basket. The woman operating the shop was very gracious, and informative during my shopping experience . So far, I have tried and enjoyed several of the items purchased, and look forward to another opportunity to stop in and discover some new things.Prices are in line with what one would expect to pay in a specialty shop.

While in search of wide rice noodles I discovered this little gem. I don't know how I missed it all these years. It's tucked away in a blind corner of a small plaza and easy to overlook if you aren't aware of its presence. Once I figured out where they were I was off in search of some needed Asian staples. See I love Asian cuisine. It is by far my favorite type of food, however there aren't many restaurants in the Burbs that sells authentic Asian cuisine let alone an Asian grocer. We absolutely love Thai and I have recently decided to take on some dishes and attempted to recreate them as best I could from Authentic recipes. So once inside I was slightly overwhelmed. It is not a large store by any means but it does carry a decent amount of items for its size and not too much is in English. First I was on the hunt for the wide rice noodles, as mentioned, but was disappointed to find they only have semi-wide dried rice noodles. I ended up having to get my husband to pick some up in the Strip. However, they had everything else I was looking for and more. I was able to secure the different sauces necessary to recreate Pad Kee Mao and See Ew. They also have a variety of frozen items like steamed buns ready to be baked back to life, but I found the prices on the frozen pre-made items a tad much (actually more than what I have paid fresh in a restaurant), and from the frosty look of them I don't think they are a popular selling item. They also have a small selection of refrigerated items like Bok Choy, bean sprouts, and tofu to name a few. I grabbed a bag of Bok choy thinking I could break up the number assigned to the bag. They were obviously assembled there and just tied up in a clear produce bag, but unfortunately they would not allow that. That was a bummer since I did not need that much and it was over $8.00. So the prices can seem a little high but this is a mom and pop specialty shop so it's hard to expect anything less. I really wish they would get the wide rice noodles as I would probably be there weekly, however I believe they sell the ingredients to make your own so maybe someday soon I will give it a try. Cash only up to $20.00 so stop at the ATM before.
