Stopped in with my brother for lunch, who use to frequent this place prior to the ownership change. He stated it definitely looked nicer inside, and I do give them that, it does look nice. However, that's about where it stopped today. I will not be back for a while. I will let them (hopefully) work out their issues, because there are clearly some right now coming from a former restaurant owner. When a hostess brings menus to you, asks what you'd like to drink and you ask what they have (they're not listed on the menu?), the normal answer would be to tell them, not walk away stating the waitress will tell you when she comes over. They did not have over half the menu available - zero pizza dough. This can proof over night, from experience. This should have been caught yesterday, especially when it's half of your menu. When we did order from the limited things offered at that point, it took a half hour for a burger and half of a hoagie. There were two other tables, which had already had their food. For the food that was ordered, there's no reason for that wait time really. When it did come out, I will say the burger was impressive in size (but it needs seasoning), however the amount of fries are disappointing (a handful at best) and the steak hoagie was disappointing as well (bun was like rubber, steak was overcooked/dry, had gristle all through it and the onions and mushrooms were burnt crisp). I highly suggest checking into Cellones buns and fresh cut fries, though! Also, look into a contract with Pepsi/Coke, they'll supply equipment with purchase of product.. especially if you're going for more of a family restaurant setting.
