My friends recommended their buffalo chicken calzone. I went to look at their menu online but they don't appear to have an official one and it does not list a buffalo chicken calzone. However, I called and asked if they still offer it and they do and let me tell you it's VERY good (even though it didn't come with a side of blue cheese nor ranch which is typical for most places I have had in the past). Anyway, it had grilled chicken and cheese oozing out of it and was cooked well. My boyfriend got the eggplant parm sandwich and said it was good also, and he can be picky. He also went and picked the food up for take out and said it was a nice space and a lot bigger than expected inside.

Come hungry because the portions are huge! The chicken parm is so good - opt for the dinner size (only .95 more than the smaller portion) as it comes with a huge side salad and an extra piece of chicken (3 total!). Comes with a side of your choice - I typically order the pasta because I can't get enough of their sauce. My husband ordered the Italian hoagie supreme that had a little too many peppers for his liking - and he loves peppers. He just thought it was a little overwhelming for the sandwich itself. The service has always been excellent. The interior could use an update - booths/seats are a little too well-loved and windows are a little drafty. Other than that, it's a great neighborhood spot.

I've been eating at Armstrong's for over 30 years. And rarely disappointed. I went into Armstrong'sLast week with my son, we ordered pasta & buffalo wings. The wings were literally 2" long with very little meat. They must be killing peeps. I've never seen anything like this in my life!

This place is ehhhh. It started off really good with bread steaks and stuffed mushrooms with crab meat. I got the raviolis as my entree and they were good, however my fiancé got the eggplant parm and it was not good at all. The one piece of eggplant was the butt end and shouldn't have been served and the other was super slimy. The service was super quick and everyone was friendly. The restaurant is in a shopping plaza and the interior is a little outdated but is overall clean and a good atmosphere.

Fantastic service!! The food was great too. I had the meatball casserole. There was more pasta than meatballs which was disappointing. My friend had the rueben which she said was excellent. Portions are huge!! Make sure you go hungry!

Not even from this area but this place definitely wasn't my favorite. It's lacking atmosphere and the food is honestly tasteless. The Caesar salad had a strong potent flavor of cheese. The service was mid at best. If you are ever in the area I would not recommend this restaurant.

Armstrong's is a classic. They're food is amazing and comes out very quickly. The restaurant could use some updates because the decor is dated and some of the booths aren't comfortable. The steak sandwich was phenomenal and came on fresh bread. I think the fries are double fried because they're soo crispy. They always have a rotating dessert menu too but I never save room for it!

We have ordered takeout every Friday from Armstrongs since the seated restaurant closed for COVID. Now that they have reopened 3-4 years later, they no longer will take our order even if we come to the counter to order. We remained loyal customers throughout their shutdown to show our support and find it quite insulting that we no longer are appreciated. They abandoned their loyal takeout customer base by reopening up while understaffed and unprepared. We can take our business elsewhere and will no longer support this establishment. Obviously, customer loyalty is not of any value to them.
