Aquarium Lounge

Aquarium Lounge was small, quaint and our food was delicious! They offer a few good, signature/seasonal cocktails along with traditional cocktail selections and a small but above par wine list! Gabrielle provided excellent service with a smile and witty banter.

I absolutely love this place. Troy and Amanda are the best. We just moved here from California and found this gem. Our new friendly neighborhood bar!!! P.S. They serve oysters and steak (my husband I's favorite food)!

I've always enjoyed Aquarium Lounge. It has a great atmosphere and good drinks and appetizers. I recently had a full dinner there and I was sadly disappointed. I was excited to start with the Roasted Red Pepper soup but unfortunately it tasted very little like red peppers. My date tasted it as well and agreed it could have passed as any flavor bisque. He ordered the Tips with bleu that were served with a very runny cheese sauce, almost watery. For my main course I ordered the filet with added lump crab meat and bleu cheese. I asked for the bleu to be served on the side because a prefer a lighter serving. Unfortunately, my crab meat was served IN the bleu cheese sauce so I couldn't taste the crab meat, just the bleu cheese. On a bright note, my filet was "cooked" perfectly. It just had a little less seasoning than I like. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I will return to Aquarium, however I think I'll pass on the "fine dining" items and stick with wine and appetizers.

Do NOT order off their ON-LINE menu or you'll be in for a HUGE surprise when you pick up your order! The prices are about 33% HIGHER at restaurant than the prices listed on line! Luckily the bartender saw we were contemplating leaving, so he took 20% off the bill. Food was good but definitely too high for the quality. To the owners, Very disappointed you have all the time in the world and you can't update your on-line prices. Thank your bartender...

Went there for my anniversary with my wife and had the steak. The steak melted right in my mouth. The staff is friendly, awesome place to eat. The ambience is great.

Food was good. Service was good. The place is cool on the inside. But they didn't have a lot of items in stock.

Best steak restaurant in Fairmont. Very clean, great weight staff. Upstairs is perfect for a date or faimly outing. Down stairs there is a bar and a very nice place to hangout at. You also can eat downstairs.

We loved this place! The food was fabulous. The service was great. This is one of the better places to eat!

One of the best restaurants around, consistently, hands down. Always good service and delicious food with the best quality ingredients. It's one of our go to places when we want an upscale meal without worrying about getting what we pay for. Excellent seafood, sandwiches, and great bread. The French Onion soup is also top notch and the roasted red pepper chicken soup is a delicious meal all by itself.

There are two entrances, one to a casual bar space and one to a fine dining restaurant. I believe the menu is same in both spaces, but we tend to visit the bar for appetizers and the restaurant for steaks and seafood. I've eaten here dozens of times and never had a bad meal or experience.
