I wouldn't consider this a chop house in the true sense of the term. More like a family restaurant right out of the '80's.

Christie, the waitress, saved the day. Cook left and she did an AMAZING job taking care of our table of 8.

We came a few months ago and absolutely loved it. Food was amazing. Went recently and was told they were changing the menu and didn't have majority of the menu. Food came out ice cold. Got a grilled cheese that was literally toasted bread, and slices of cold cheese slapped between. Steak was cooked ok, but baked potato was ice cold. Until changes get made we won't be back. Server was super friendly and nice though!

I went at 4:15 on a Monday, was told they were not serving food "at this time" even though a chalkboard advertised a special. The person didn't say anything like " food served at 5" or whatever

Drove 60 mikes one way to try for my wife's birthday. Service was fantastic and food was great. If in the area will definately revisit. They even gave my wife a free drink from the bar for her birthday

Went here last night with family and we had an amazing time. Service was spectacular especially for a family owned establishment. Everyone was amazing and the food was nothing shy of spectacular!

After reading some favorable reviews, my family tried Ann's, and our experience was mixed. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant. The bar was packed, and the waiter spent most of their time in the bar. The overpowering smell of smoke came through the entry door leading from the dining room into the bar; when eating with children, why not seat them as far away from the smoke as possible? My husband ordered the fish, which he said was fairly good. The sandwiches and burgers were also quite good. The Delmonico steak, however, was a complete disappointment. Thin and full of grizzle - not to be confused with marbling. The mashed potatoes were instant - no doubt about it. I wanted to love Ann's! I came in expecting to discover a hidden gem, but the smell of smoke was overpowering, and instant mashed potatoes in a restaurant that bills itself as a Chop House is a deal breaker.

The food was good. It wasn't super busy when we went in. But the smell of smoke was overwhelming. That's why we won't return.

We were looking for a new restaurant to try and decided to go to Ann's Chophouse. The service, food and friendly family atmosphere was fantastic. My date ordered the prime rib (every) Saturday night special and I ordered the baby back ribs. Both meals were superb! Ann's is a family-owned and run restaurant. The server and her co-workers are all related. They chatted with us and made us feel so welcome. Ann's is serving a Thanksgiving dinner for inside or take-out dining. We will return soon. It's a gem right in Bethel Park...
