Today I ordered for pick up 4 shrimp tacos and an Asian beef salad and harvest chicken salad. I have ordered the tacos and the harvest salad twice before... In the past (COVID time as well) The shrimp tacos were amazing. Today yuck! They give you a fair number of shrimp and avocado... however, the tacos were ice cold.... I was there before the order was ready and I only live 1.4 miles away..... literally I think they failed to heat anything on them and the corn tortillas were cold and falling apart. I loved them before but this time was such a let down, I don't think I could order them again! The Asian salad was so so, the beef was very good and the flavor good the lettuce was fresh! However the cucumber was cut in chunks but they did not peel them and that skin was tough.... THe carrots were hard chunks too. Lots of large pickled onions which made me thankful they were raw....(my mom has trouble chewing and she couldn't eat the salad and she has loved it in the past ) The chicken harvest salad was good as it has been in the past, thankfully! It has lots of chicken and butternut squash cranberries and greens! Overall this meal was a huge disappointment and if I'm going to spend over $32.00 I'll take my business to a restaurant that actually knows how to cook and offers a more balanced meal that comes out warm enough to make it home. Please let me know if you have tried things and your opinion!

horrible workplace..they do not care about their employees..and the new manager John came in with the attitude that employees should bow down to him..if not you get hours cut...I've heard this from numerous people...and with a new sheetz and get go down the street..why would you waste your time with this place...go elsewhere people...won't give my money to a place like that .

I haven't really ordered much food from American Natural but everything that I've ordered has been great. What I really appreciate is the effort they make to keep the bathroom clean. It makes a big difference.
