Alexander's Dining Hall

When I first stumbled upon "Alex's" Dining Hall, I was a young, confused, hungry, little freshmen in college. I was so excited to dine in the hall amongst my peers. Geneva College's Dining is supplied through Pioneer Catering. Pioneer's top tier management leaves students filled with food and half smiles after leaving the dining hall. While some would say "Alex's" is the "best food on campus" a class survey in 2018 rated Alex's food as "just okay" and that they only ate it because they were "starving". You can always spot awkward first dates in the Dining hall, which is great fun if you are a people watcher, but also leaves you uncomfortable at times as you eat your hardy meal. People pray over their food for a long time too. Sometimes they pray so long it is hard to tell if their intentions are to simply be noticed by others, or if they are actually blessing their meal. Overall, Alex's is a once in a lifetime experience and I would half heartedly recommend the dining hall to anyone.
