When I went there Kay & Bill the Original Owners ran the Place.The Food & Service was always Good and you didn't walk away Hungry if you did it was your own Fault.Would be interesting to go there now and make a Comparison

At a first glance, it is very easy to miss this little hole in the wall on Merchant St, especially with the Netflix show Mind Hunters filming down the street. The restaurant was an absolute ghost town but our host/waiter/busser was eager to assist and serve. Our first impression of the facility itself was a very dated dining hall, but silverware and table etiquette were impressive. The menu is pretty extensive, with your typical Americano foodies and a few other specialties. We ordered their Buffalo Chicken Salad topped with french fries [6/10], and the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich [6/10]. The food was great, refreshments were refilled timely, and despite being the only two dining our host was very entertaining [in a quirky way], and the food was pretty good. If you're looking for a hole in a wall and some great portions, this is the spot for you.

First off, the guy that waited on us is very rude. Made it seem like it was our fault that our chicken is raw. The table clothes are dirty. The little lady that was helping the guy, she was nice. The guy is loud, obnoxious and uncle.

Terrible experience! Food, cleanliness, and Owner were disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you just like to throw away your money!

waited half hour for a waiter...then waited another hour for our food...which when it got to us was cold. when asked about it, they said they were busy and that they told us when we called not to come at that time.... but we never called.... then they gave us hard time about fixing the meal. the mean old bat who owns it was rude and disgusting.the floor was dirty, chairs all stained, tables filthy. DO NOT GIVE THESE IDIOTS YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY.

I am not sure if others feel the same way as I do, put on link to website menu with no prices is disqualifying for a restaurant of which I have no previous experience.There are just too many options to consider going in without any idea of the price range. There are restaurants for which this is not really consideration, because you are having inkling of the reputation, but it ain't here.

We don't live in the area but have been here several times for dinner over the last 6 months. Excellent food. My wife especially enjoys the spaghetti and the other offerings are very good as well, including the entree salads. Drinks are also very good. The excellent service and nice quiet atmosphere adds to the enjoyment. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Good food, well prepared, generous portions. Nice quiet ambience. The Sid burger is particularly good.
