I know nothing about tea, or at least, I know very little as I don't tend to drink anything except the basics. I stopped in here on a whim while in the neighborhood and was thoroughly impressed. The shop is quaint and fun and the staff helped me navigate my lack of knowledge to grab a few items for my wife. My friends also appreciated the fact they sell some pastries and will make you a cup of tea (or a specialty tea drink) as well. Reasonably priced and worth supporting if you are a tea fan (or have one in your life).

Staff are always so welcoming and helpful! They have a truly impressive selection of teas, and I LOVE the atmosphere of the shop. Even though I don't live in Pittsburgh any more I always have to make a stop here to stock up on my favorites! My favorite infuser is also from Abeille Voyante

When in Millvale, PA, yinz talking about tried and true teas. Tupelo Honey Teas is a small cafe connected to the Millvale Library which allows for supreme convenience if you picked up a book and want to read it with a hot (or cold) tea on the side.Cute, cozy and mad cool decor and interesting placement of a huge variety of teas. Ginger, peach, ylang ylang... It doesn't matter! The have over a hundred! Mix it, flip it, seal it, brew it... You get the idea. The owner was so helpful in helping get some great fruity teas and I got me and my friends drinks. 5 stars for the cool factor!

I absolutely loved this place!! I love the small feel to it and their massive tea selection! Came around 3 o'clock on a Tuesday and was able to get a table! It's a small place, but it's lovely. I used to live in England and it actually reminded me of a few places that I've been to over there!I highly recommend this place!

Stopped by on what was probably the busiest day of the year (Millvale Music Fest). Not only were the drinks great, but given the pressure the staff was under - they took the time to make recommendations, skillfully craft my drink, and make light conversation. Such a great experience! I ended up ordering a regular iced tea and it was exactly what I wanted on a hot day. Well done!

I stopped by here yesterday with my wife. Tupelo Honey Teas is located right on Grant Street in the heart of Millvale and at this point in time is only offering a pick up window due to COVID. Whenever we arrived an employee was outside and so we didn't have to ring the bell to get the persons attention. After perusing the menu I decided to go with one of their specialty drinks which was the sweet matcha while my wife went with the chamomint herbal tea. My drink consisted of sweetened matcha with milk and I was given the option of soy, coconut, oat, almond and hemp for which I chose oat. Then my wife's tea was exactly what you expect, a combination of chamomile and mint. After a wait of a minute or two my wife and I had our drinks and were on our way. Whenever I first tried my drink I was pleased as each sip consisted of some earthiness from the matcha combined with a bit of sweetness and then a bit of the oatmilk flavor as well. My wife also enjoyed her tea and liked that it tasted mostly of chamomile but that there was subtle and not overpowering hint of mint as well. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I enjoyed our teas and would be interested in trying some more.

This place is absolutely adorable! It's connected next door to the Millvale Community Library, so it has an interesting vibe and who doesn't love to have caffeine while with a book?Let's start with my trip to the cafe. I was coming from a nearby food truck festival and left a little disappointed with the food offerings. Knowing that the cafe was close by and on my list of places to check out, I promptly walked over and found the cafe. It was almost 2 PM and I know I was trying my luck with any pastry. There was a peach scone left, along with chocolate chip muffins, and chocolate chip cookies. Peach scone, please! It is vegan and not being vegan, I still thoroughly enjoyed the delicious pastry. It would have been nice to have it warmed, but no fret. It was tasty still. I also checked in and got a delightful cherry basil ice tea. I browsed around afterwards and got some teas to take home. It's so great to find Honeybush. I'm excited to try it along with the black and gold--the ginger smells amazing. The wild Thai black has a strong aroma, can't wait to steep the teas!

Thank Yelp & Google for this discovery! We were at Mr. Smalls waiting on doors to open for a show and had planned on just hitting the onsite cafe, but they were closed. This proves things happen for a reason, as our search for a chill place with coffee & tea led us to Tupelo Honey. As we entered we were greated with conversation and that Pure Grub was doing a pop up (note to self come hungry next time so we can try it).We browsed the selection of fresh teas before deciding. I opted for an iced chai and my wife opted for a blueberry green tea.The chai had a kick I wasn't prepared for or mad at which I haven't gotten from other coffee/tea shops.Seeing as I'll be going to Mr Smalls a lot, Tupelo Honey will definitely be a pre show stop.
