7 Twelve Table & Taphouse

First impressions weren't great. Half the water glasses had old lipstick marks on them. They replaced with clean glasses. One server and bartender for the whole place -- who is also serving tables now. C'mon man, have enough people to staff your restaurant. Will update after the food arrives.Update: Food was amazing! I have to say they recovered strong from a slow start. Kitchen knows what they are doing. Wait staff was very attentive once the crowd thinned out. Would come back.

7 Twelve Table & Taphouse opened in January in Pleasant Hills! Great new spot! Super warm and welcoming space. Large bar & dining room area. Had their zucchini as an app and the chicken ala taphouse- both incredible. Entree comes with soup for salad & a side! Probably one of the best side salads I have ever had. They have a new Happy Hour menu that I can not wait to check out!

Had a wonderful experience last night trying their newly revamped menu. Very thoughtful and clever flavor combos in every dish that we sampled!My absolute favs were the Bavarian pretzel (it's MASSIVE, easily could feed 6-8ppl) which is served with the most delicious speck ham, horseradish pickles, and fabulous sauces. Seeing the high price on the menu made me hesitant, but, wow! Absolutely don't sleep on this one!For my main dish, I went with the chicken Milanese Ceaser salad. Now, to be honest, I expected this is just be a simple (girl dinner!) salad with some sliced breaded chicken on top - NOPE. It was perfectly presented (see photos) and a generous portion of breaded chicken breast topped with a little bit of beautiful crisp lettuce, Asiago crisps, massive croutons, and the lightest, yet most flavorful Cesar dressing that I've ever had. Everyone at our table raved over this dish.I also tried bites of the pork chop (perfectly cooked, beautiful presentation). The bruschetta chicken pasta (that lemon cream sauce - chefs kiss!) and the mushroom strudel (perfect fall dish!).My only complaint was that the calamari was a touch over cooked, but the flavor was great.My compliments to the chef and the staff as they were absolutely slammed due to the relaunch and they didn't miss a beat. Our server was so kind, helpful, and attentive and we never even had to ask for a refill or a sharing plate. She was 10 steps ahead of us!Can't wait to come back soon and try the rest of the menu!

This is the perfect addition to our area! We needed a decent sit down family restaurant and 7 Twelve is that place. From it giving respect to the former American Legion that was housed at that building to it understanding of the type of food the residents around wanted. The atmosphere is a very mellow well lit comfortable roomy space. The music is loud enough to hear but not drown out your conversation. The booths and tables are spaced well so that you don't feel like you're sitting with strangers but best of all, and I don't know how that did this, but you're not overwhelmed by the conversation at other tables! The food is all fresh and hand made daily. The portions are perfect to fill you but you're not going to carry home a doggie bag that you're never going to eat. The menu is well organized and concise. It's a wonderful dining experience from start to finish.

Finally made it to this hometown place. It's beautiful inside this place. Modern yet comfortable. The happy hour specials are amazing. Ordered two appetizers and both were awesome. Then a Cesar salad that was delicious. Tons of garlic and homemade croutons. Finally, the chicken parm. It was prepared perfectly. Light batter on a huge, thin breast. Sauce is good and there was a ton of cheese. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. They are all welcoming and smiling. My buddy had the pork chop and he ate it dont to the bone. I will definitely be back.

Really expensive place for mediocre food. $30 for chicken parm. LOL. $26 for a lobster roll served with frozen French Fries. LOL. Forced valet parking. Someone I know went there to pickup lunch takeout and they wouldn't let them park just to pickup their food. How stupid is that?

My husband and I have been to this restaurant a couple times since they opened. They recently did a menu change and we love everything that we have tried. There is something on the menu for everyone! If you are looking for a place with good cocktails this is the perfect place! My favorite so far are the crab cakes. Pictures below are the Crab Cakes and the Taphouse Pretzel!

Great food and great service! Get the shrimp! Neighborhood needs more restaurants like this

Our first time here and we loved it. Beautifully decorated and clean. Interesting light fixtures. Our server, Christie was a delight. Now to the food . Everything was delicious. The BEST seafood chowder I've ever had. I'm already looking forward to having it again. My husband loved the bison sliders. The crab cakes were yummy as was the twice baked potato and the Del Monico steak with mushrooms and roasted carrots. Also this may sound weird but the croutons on the house salad were the best . I don't eat gluten-free but I usually avoid croutons. These were so light and airy I was dipping them in my ranch dressing. The desserts - chocolate crème brûlée and betty cake were amazing. The drinks were also on point. The valets were hilarious! Give this place a try.
