512 Coffee and Ice Cream

The breakfast food there is INCREDIBLE! Got the Mountain Breakfast Sandwich today. They also have coffee specials so I got the Pot O Gold Latte, which was also amazing! Definitely recommend going and supporting this small local business!!!

Props to this new business for organising the first ever Latrobe Italian Festival! Held on Saturday and Sunday September 10-11, 2022. Based on Thompson Street next to the beautifully restored Italianate home of 512.I wanted to support him by buying something during the festival so I opted for a salted caramel ice cream in a cup. They sell Korber's ice cream but I don't think they turn it over fast enough to prevent freezer burn. Every ice cream I've tried here has had ice crystals in it. And so did this one . I think the coffee side of the business is more robust than the ice cream side.I'll keep trying because I want to support the local entrepreneurs like Mike. I hope he finds a way to keep that ice cream fresher.

Loved this place! Right in the middle of Latrobe! On a Sunday drive and was looking for some ice cream and found this little gem! Can't wait for fall for the fire pit!

Honestly one of the most cutest coffee shops I've been to! The nitro cold brew, Italian cream soda, and the grilled cheese were amazing . Not only was the vibe awesome but the service was on point. We felt so welcomed and honestly I wanted to stay there all day and read a book, play a game of chess or just relax by the fireplace. If you're ever in need of good company and great coffee, this is your place .

This was our first experience at the 512 Coffee and Ice Cream and we will definitely go back. My daughter and I had the specialty teas and pastries. EVerything was wonderful including the personal service. Very comfortable place and we sat outside on the big covered porch.. There was also seating inside and in the yard. Looking forward to going back and trying the lunch menu and ice cream. Without a doubt a new favorite place.

Wife and I went here on Saturday. Fast friendly service. Really good coffee. Wife loves the desert coffee. I love strong black coffee.

Italian day festival sponsored by 512. They have food, games, music and horse & buggy rides. Who is picking up after the horses??? After 2 days, the streets are covered in horse maneuer!!!! All cars have horse excerment on the tires and the under carriage. Tracking it all through the town. Back to my original question: who is cleaning up after the horses? Think outside the box next time you have horse & buggy rides. I'm not the only one upset about it. All of the other taxpayers are as well. We spend money in your establishment. After this weekend, not anymore.
