Not terribly impressed with this place. There's a room with a bouncy house and two blow up slides. It's very loud from the blowers and my kid was afraid. There's a second room with toys. A lot of the toys are broken or missing pieces. There are signs telling you to sanitize the toys after use, but there are no wipes. Just seems forgotten. We won't be going back.

I'm sure this place was amazing when it first opened but it looks like they are struggling with the upkeep. My 2yo didn't mind and he still had a good time but the large group of kids that left right when we got there, left a huge mess and toys scattered everywhere. From what i observed, there is only one person running the place (at the register) and it's a free for all once inside. A good bit of the ride on toys I saw in the pictures were broken too. It was decent for the price we paid but probably won't be back.

Wowzah! I'm visiting Pittsburgh for a few days and decided to stop in and let my 1 year old crawl around and get out some energy. First of all, parking here sucks! I parked in an illegal spot and hoped for the best (thankfully I did not get a ticket, hooray!) After getting inside, I realized I had to climb 428 steps up to the 2nd floor. I read some reviews beforehand and prepared by only carrying my kiddo and not my kiddo in the car seat or bringing a stroller. Do not, I repeat, do not bring a stroller or a car seat or anything other than your child. These steep ass stairs are no joke!Anyway, after we climbed a mountain of stairs, I was pleasantly surprised to see a bunch of open areas for kids of various ages to play. For $8, we had free reign of the entire place. Some of the things included a ball pit filled with balloons, a few bouncy castles, a huge slide, a room full of toys to ride on, a little kitchen, things to bounce in, 2 mini roller coasters, and a bunch of those coin operated machines that move without the need for coins. There were a ton of toys, music playing and a room to have lunch/cake in for birthday parties. In the main area there was also a little cafe with drinks and treats for kids and parents. The only part that I didn't love about it was how dirty this place felt. I mean I know you have kids running around all day, but for the crawlers, it was kind of gross seeing my kid's hands covered in hair dirt and dust, especially when shoes are not allowed in the place space. I think one of the issues was the flooring which very easily traps in dust and dirt. I don't think these floors have been cleaned in a very long time. Other than that, this place is a definite yes!

My 2.5 year old daughter had an absolute blast at this indoor play space, and my friend (whose children also loved it) and I agreed that there were so many thoughtful touches by the woman who owns this business. For example, they have a time out area, a rest area with yoga mats, fun music, a range of wonderful toys and bounce houses, and a very reasonably priced snack area. The bathrooms are clean, and there is a lovely changing table for littles. The outside of the building looks a little rough, and there are many stairs to take to get into the play space. But once you get inside, it's almost magical. Plus, grown ups are allowed in the bounce houses. It was fun!I cannot say enough good things about this place - we'll definitely be back.

Call and spoke to someone at 11:00. I asked if I should purchase admission online, or in person for the noon slot. I was told I could do either and that they were open to the public today. So I purchased 3 admissions on line. When arriving there were notes in the doors that said close for a private party. I was given a refund and a half hearted apology. Mind you this all happened under an hour. Also when purchasing admission online you give them all your contact information. I don't understand why I wasn't called or emailed to be told of the mix up. I'm sure the girls I spoke to on the phone knew there was a bday party, I'm sure that didn't pop up with in the hour. This could have been handled so much better. I got the feeling that they just don't care if they wasted peoples time or have crying children in their lobby. I don't plan on going back there ever, and I will tell all of my friends and family with children not to waste your time.

It was a typical rainy day in Pittsburgh and my children and I desperately needed an outing. We took a chance on this place and as we were driving up, I was skeptical. It was located in a long alley without much around it and just a small yellow entrance. We parked on the street (there is also a free indoor garage about a block down). I scooted my 2 little children inside where we were greeted by a steep cement staircase and lots of signs pointing upstairs to the fun. I lugged both children, one of them an infant in a car seat, all the way up the stairs and opened a steel door wondering if we had made a huge mistake. And then, TADA!!! A warm, friendly man welcomed us in and helped me take off our coats. He offered me coffee or tea while my daughter stood in awe at the magnificence before her. Huge massive bounce houses everywhere! We paid the registration fee ($5 for her, free for my infant son) and continued into the play spaces. It was a Saturday morning at 10 am and there were only a few other families there. The owner was setting up for a birthday party and was incredibly sweet and welcoming to us. My daughter was basking in the bounce houses having the time of her life, while I lounged with the baby on one of the massive couches. We continued on into the dramatic play area where they had every toy a child could dream of--all intended to get them moving and using their imaginations. Lots of rides, cars, trains, grocery mart, building blocks, horses, etc. This was truly a hidden treasure!!! Some of my favorite features: fun music, free WiFi, toys for all ages, no hidden extra costs, extraordinary customer service. The absolute best part was when I was dreading having to tell my daughter it was time to go home, the owner came over with an incentive--a lollipop when it's time to say goodbye. I looked at her like Gabriel the Arch-Angel had just appeared before my very eyes. My child went happily out the door and hasn't stopped talking about Chi Chi (the owner) and the Play Factory since. Tips if you've never been before:1 - don't bring a stroller or call them when you get there and someone will help you carry it.2 - No worries about hand sanitizer or tissues--they have them everywhere!3 - The building is still undergoing some improvements. Relax. It's ok. Your children will still love it.4 - Everyone must wear socks. They don't have to match. And no one will judge you either way. 5 - Go on the big slide with your child. It won't break. You won't break. Your kids will love it. And so will you!Have fun!!!

My son had a great time, but his sister is in a wheelchair, and unfortunately this place is not wheelchair accessible at all. They said they have a elevator which has been broken for the past 8 months they said. We had to walk all the way around to the front of the building for them to let us in, Which would not have been a big deal but there is nowhere to stop outside to let anyone out of the car because it is a busy street.

Located on the second story of a warehouse just next to the Mercedes dealership this is a very nice spot for young kids who need to get some energy out. Check in has cubbyholes for jackets and shoes. Front room has 4 large bouncy houses. Back room has a number of toys and activities including large legos and block sets. Seemed like it would be an ideal spot for s birthday party age 2 to 6. We had a good time. Stairs up to the place are no joke.
