WE LOVE 1311! This is our favorite bar in Southside and has a great casual feel! They have great pitcher specials, friendly staff and great vibes! If it's a Steeler Game, Saturday afternoon or even a Friday night this is our spot! Dive-ey feel and strong drinks - what's not to love! We love it so much we even had my fiancé surprise 30th party at 1311! Highly recommend!!!!!!

I absolutely love coming to 1311 - This bar is very high on my list of places in South Side I like to have a drink at, if not my favorite.This bar is unpretentious and unapologetic and everything I love in a bar. A little divey, strong drinks, friendly vibes and attentive bartenders. It doesn't get much better. The bartender always remembers my group of friends which doesn't happen at most bars on Carson. The $5 pitchers are my favorite and a must every visit. They have a jukebox you can play that everyone takes advantage of. This place isn't a dance club or anything like that, just a chill environment to relax, have fun and enjoy drinks with friends.

Dirk was the best bartender I ever had. Gave me all the water I needed. Highly recommend this bar to anyone who is sick of all the other stuck up bartenders in south side. Love this place

So I had got my two bars mixed up, but now I remember. THIS place, still had pumpkin beers in the cooler which I found slightly alarming considering it's probably 6 months old (We went on St. Patrick's Day) and that either means they aren't selling much beer, or they ordered too much... either way, that shiz is probably skunky lol throw it away and get with the times.Also this place was a smoking bar so it smelled. I ordered a special drink that they made in a bucket. I thought it was a bit watered down, but I didn't say anything. The girl behind me was very dissapointed because she had 2 of them and she said there was hardly any alchol in them.

I am not really sure what to say about this place because we were the only ones there. The bartender said that they usually don't get going until between nine and ten (or later), which was obvious. The bartender didn't really interact with us much, but was friendly when he did. The place was clean and I would see how it could be a fun late night spot once things got busier. Although we are not late night people, we would stop by to give it another try if we were out.

Would give zero stars if I could. When we were seated, a friend who was turning 25 this weekend was told his ID was fake despite the fact that it was a recently issued TSA APPROVED New Jersey ID. He also had his old ID that was set to expire this month, but the person waiting on us (who was the only one working) refused to check the other ID. The waiter chose to lose business from 8 people rather than correctly validating my friends ID. I will not be returning!

Overall this is a fun bar to go to in the south side. It's pretty neat looking in the inside. I've been here many of times. Jeff is sometimes in moods, but you just need the bartender to serve you and make a good drink.

One of the greatest bars south side has to offer. Good music and drink selection. Bartenders are always funny provide quick service. Highly recommend.
