Pirates Fish and Chips

Look. This place isn't a 5-star establishment. The food is average but the sauce... the sauce will keep you coming back. My go-to is the 7 piece shrimp and chips with an extra 4 oz of sauce. The chicken fried steak sandwich is good as well.

Their food is good and fresh, I think they are better than Pete's! Prices are extremely fair. In my opinion they have THE best onion rings around!

Cold fries and greasy fish and made my family sick all 4 of us. Is is the second time trying this place.

Food below average but the girl at the window tonight lacked all social skills to work at the order desk. I'll keep looking for a good fish and chips spot and take this one off my list.

The food was okay but they ran out of coleslaw when it was part of my order. The cashier offered a substitution but the manager who was rude interrupted her with the substitute. I received my money but I wouldn't go back because the way the manager was rude to her subordinate and also to us. She definitely needs to be replaced and removed as a manager of that establishment. I felt bad for the cashier and she even apologized for the situation. I am definitely not going back to this restaurant unless she (the manager) is terminated or transferred.

Food is terrible and horribly bland. Went home and doused everything in some salt. Will definitely not be coming back. I used to come here as it kid and now I can't understand how it when down hill so fast

I've been going here for many years, and the workers are great! they make food fast, and also are very welcoming! would recommend.

If I could rate it zero I would. Greasy food, cheap materials, and lousy employees. I can't believe this place has been here as long as it has and it needs to be closed. I'm surprised the establishment has even passed the inspection.

I'm back. I go here a lot and yesterday I brought a friend. (May 1) he tried the burger. Now y'all gotta know he a picky eater. But he was lovin that burger and the fries. I got an onion ring and he tried one. He was like man those are really good. I'm tellin y'all that you can't go wrong with the food here. Unlike Pete's you can use a credit card here. They are fast and hot. Always good service and food.

This used to be our favorite place but the service has deteriorated. MAKE SURE TO CHECK ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We have a large family and always place a large order. They no longer take phone orders so it is a long wait once there. The last few times we have not even received everything we ordered and paid for. Today we made sure to have the person picking up check to make sure the extra sauce we paid for there (never enough sauce with the extra large shrimp or fish especially when they pack bags so full the sauce cups pop open and spill and but don't even get 1/2 the time) only to find out the burgers ordered were not even in any of the bags. No use calling to complain because they do not answer the phone. Definitely not worth the 20 minute drive anymore.
