LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! I love Piroshky Piroshky so when I heard that this place opened, I was so anxious and excited to try it! We came here on a Saturday morning and there was a line but that was to be expected. The line moved quickly enough and the wait allowed us to look through their food offerings so I was able to list what I wanted while waiting. I got a bunch of the piroshkys with Filipino dish fillings. I also got a salted egg flan danish, sticky buns, and a few other items. The Piroshkys were AMAZING!!! Everything I got was yummy but my fave is the Pork Sisig Piroshky followed by the Bicol Express Piroshky. I saw that they have Lunch specials so I would love to come back and eat lunch there! The space is so bright and welcoming! They have some wall art towards the back but I forgot what it says! I'm gonna wait a bit before I go back because I know that I would wanna get a lot the next time I visit!

Cute Filipino Piroshky spot in Capitol Hill! It was busy on a Saturday morning but it was still easy to find a seat. Service was fast and friendly, you order up front. I got the pork sisig piroshky, which cost about $10. The bread was soooo soft, it was like biting into a cloud! It's slightly sweet and filled with a generous amount of tender pork with chili sauce. Very tasty and fresh. I'd come again!

Visited the newly branded location. Sad their not as close to work but the new location definitely gets more foot traffic for them and isn't far from Seattle Central Community College. Beautiful open space that encompasses both cultures. Lot's of natural light and comfortable seating. Wide assortment of treats both savory and sweet. Came here with my dad for lunch after a doctors appointment near by. Found parking easily across the street around 11:30am. Staff was friendly and helpful. They heat up your order and it doesn't take long. Lots of beverages options as well. I knew I wanted to get one of the Filipino inspired items we ent with the pork sisig, also got the chicken pot pie and lox and dill to split. Grabbed a carrot cake to go for dad. I got the lox dill to add a different texture it is more a flaky pastry than the traditional bread version. Looking forward to returning to try more of the Filipino flavors and their Filipino Friday Lunch which I miss. Just a couple blocks down from Broadway so not to difficult to get to from the lightrail

Pinoyshki 1/31A great bakery café on Cap-hill, Pinoyshki is a true fusion of Filipino and Eastern-European delights. With their beautiful space you'll have a good time relaxing while dining or doing some work. As soon as you walk in you can see their rotating the pastries display case. By the time I got there a few of their popular items had already sold out. For their Piroshkis they're priced at:$8.55 Meat$8.55 Vegetarian $8.95 Vegan Looking for more of a hearty meal? Don't worry, they have you covered! They're also serving handmade Perogies (beef/potato/cheese stuffed) for $15. They also have a daily lunch special (pretty sure it rotates) between 11AM - 1:30PM.You can also pre-order for pick up on their website in case you're short on time. I got to try the Pork Sisig Pinoyshki, the Ube Cheese Bread and I think I was called a Chocolate Espresso cake. They heat up the Pinoyshki for you so its nice and hot by the time you bite into it. It all tasted great, the Pork Sisig reminded me of a Chinese BBQ Pork bun just not as sweet. Even though its a bit on the higher end for baked goods, I do plan to go back to try more items, it was also just unfortunate that it their popular items are so popular. Oh! Also get their coffee, its a great combination with your pastry or just for a caffeine pick me up. The staff are also super friendly and patient when wit comes to decided which Pinoyshki to choose. Best of luck Pinoyshki! Can't wait to go back!

Yeah, I admit I've been under a rock for years and didn't have the opportunity to check out their original site in downtown Seattle. But once I saw via IG that Pinoyshki Bakery & Cafe was opening by the SIFF Egyptian on Capitol Hill. I made a mental note to self and ended up detouring from UW campus with The Homie. I was happy to score some nearby street parking, and definitely looked forward to check out their new location (1/18/24). Lots of high ceilings and natural light. Production area to the right and straight ahead, one is dazzled by a variety of baked goods. Nice variety of onsite seating. Ended up with four baked items, lemon bar, and cake; some eaten onsite, and some as takeout. Friendly counter service with folks clearly proud of their product line. Love the Filipino and Eastern European mash up with both sweet and savory items. Great location since they get a lot of pedestrian traffic and visibility from E Pine. Nice addition to the Pike/Pine corridor on Capitol Hill. Stop by for a quick bite, quality time to chill onsite, or have nicely packaged items for takeout.

I always loved the vegan options when this was piroshki on 3rd, but it was a bit inconvenient for me to get to and I wish I had gone more! The new space is bigger, more convenient, and I'm so happy about it!They always have tons of vegan options and the people who work there are the best. At the new location, I've tried the vegan tofu sisig, vegan elote, potato & rosemary, vegan laing (collard greens in miso coconut sauce), special Easter "egg" pastry, and honey cake.It is all so so good! And very filling. They will warm pastries for you or just give you a to go bag. My friends have gotten non-vegan options and also thought they were delicious. I will be back! These are definitely filling enough to be a meal.

Very open space and tall ceilings. The workers weren't that friendly when I came in. I got two different bread buns... sausage with cream cheese and the pork sisig. I liked how they warmed it up... very flavorful but quite heavy. Also tried the dragon egg cause it looked interesting. I would not get the egg again. I think I liked the sausage one the best. Not sure if I would come back...

Good filipino pastry shop in CapHill. There's a wide selections of vegan pastries to meat pastries to cookies. I tried the chicken adobo pinoyshki and it was delicious. Flavor was spot on - slightly vinegary, salty, and just delicious. The pastry was filled with lots of tender chicken and nothing else. I wish I had more of an appetite to try other items but everything looked great. Will definitely be back.

This place is great. I got a savory chicken adobo piroshki and a cheese danish recommended by the very nice and helpful staff. The atmosphere inside is great and has a good energy to it. This seems like a perfect place to meet up with a friend and grab a bite to eat. It's right on pine so park I find a bit rough but it's right in the neighborhood and super walkable. Excited to spend a lot more time here.

I don't often write reviews but have to rave about Pinoyshki, which I've visited nearly every weekend since they opened in Capitol Hill. What a gem of a neighborhood bakery!Their piroshki are tasty, hearty, and inventive, especially the Filipino flavors like the liempo (BBQ pork belly with pickled papaya) and vegan laing (collard greens in a coconut-miso sauce). The smoked salmon and cream cheese piroshki is also a favorite.I rarely leave without trying a new pastry. From the tiramisu cup (made of chocolate) to cute specials like a raspberry pistachio rose for Valentine's Day, croissants, cookies, and Eastern European classics like honey cake and sochniki, their breadth is remarkable and the prices eminently reasonable for Seattle. Not to mention their lunch specials, the art-filled, airy interior with giant windows, and the staff who are so kind (once a cake slice apparently had some imperfection - I dunno, it looked perfect to me - so they threw in an extra pastry). I'm not a coffee drinker but my partner thinks theirs is good. Not only do they have great food and vibes but they also have a dangerously good rewards program: a punch card with free borscht at five stamps and a free piroshki at ten, plus 10% cash back for locals via Toast.
