Fairly new cafe to the North Park area! This place isn't crowded like the other nearby cafes on the weekend and is perfect for knocking out some work. Things you should know: I. PARKING Street parking is the move. There's also a nearby parking garage at the intersection of 29th St and N Park Way ~ close walking distance. II. SERVICE Topped off the experience here for me. The cafe barista I spoke with was extremely helpful and personable.III. QUALITY The PINKY signature latte was delicious. Subtle hints of rose and natural sweetness added by the honey ~ highly recommend. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating on the weekend. This cafe hasn't gotten a lot of clout yet because of how new it is, keeping it hidden for the locals.! No lines!

The ambiance is a vibe. I assume it may have been the owner that helped us I watched him interact with everyone that walked in the door in a super friendly manor even though he appeared to be the only one working he was doing a really good job of managing making coffees and taking orders. He answered peoples questions didn't rush anyone and still said sorry for the wait for our coffee - even though it wasn't even really a wait. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

We live around the corner and love coffee. We saw the good reviews so we decided to come. We ordered a latte and espresso and they were actually inedible. The espresso was disgustingly bitter and there was no vanilla in the vanilla latte. This is such a cute place, and we were excited for it to be our new place, but we are too scared to waste our money again & give it another chance. We took a sip or two and had to toss them.Totally sucked that we had a bad experience!

Excellent coffee shop! I'm always happy when a cafe has savory treats for breakfast. We got an americano, a strawberry cold brew (interesting flavor, I recommend!), avocado toast, and a ham and cheese croissant. Everything was delicious! The poor guy working on Sunday morning was all alone but it still didn't take that long at all to get our food and drinks. Way to go, dude! The cafe is very cute with musical instruments and a Billie Holiday poster on the walls.

Absolutely loved this place! The music added to the great atmosphere- I loved the instruments that lined the walls. The service was amazing, and my strawberry matcha was excellent. Go check this place out before it becomes the next huge thing (because it definitely will)!

Pinky's Cafe has opened in a North Park suite next door to a veterinary office. The place was named after the late rescue pit bull of one of the owners. When I visited, a temporary banner hung on the marquee. The staff that was on duty was cheerful and welcoming. The seating in the dining area was well-spaced and had capacity for about a couple of dozen customers. I might be incorrect, but there may have been some dedicated parking spots behind the building that were shared between the adjacent businesses.Brunch service was not yet available as the cafe was still in a soft opening period. The menu boards hanging above the service counter listed the hot and cold drinks. I purchased a Hibiscus Berry Sparkling Tea and a couple of the items inside a display case at the counter. It was late in the afternoon so the selection of baked goods was limited. A Vanilla Chai Vegan Donut and an Oatmeal Raisin cookie were my picks. Other vegan products were available if you came earlier in the day.The donut had a lot of icing on the top which made it sweet but not as much as I had feared. The cookie was fairly standard for oatmeal raisin. The drink was quite fruity from the presence of the raspberry. The two food items were pricey for the serving size which did impact the rating of my experience at Pinky's Cafe.

Pink's is a very nice new coffee shop in North Park, San Diego. It is bright and welcoming inside. I had a cortado and their avocado toast. The cortado was very well made and offered a smooth rich coffee flavor. I really appreciated that it was served in a class container. Regarding the avocado toast, I liked the the high grain bread they used underneath. It had good texture and flavor. They do not used freshly sliced avocado, like I prefer, but the spread was good enough and tasted good. I loved that the toast came with micro greens, cherry tomatoes, and toasted sesame seeds. It also came with balsamic vinegar, but I thought they were a little heavy handed with it. They offer comfortable seating inside and outside, and vegan baked good. I learned that they plan to expand their food menu in the future. A very nice coffee shop.

A smaller, lowkey coffee spot in the heart of North Park. The friendly staff recommended Pinky Rose Honey or Lavendar Haze, which are their top-selling drinks. I ended up choosing Lavendar Haze ($7) as it was shared it has a stronger coffee taste. The latte itself was lukewarm, mildly sweet, and had a subtle lavender taste/ aroma. Due to the interior being quite small, neighboring conversations and street noise (& construction at this time) when doors opened fill the space entirely, so I would not recommend as a study/ quiet space. Space was bright & clean. Slightly pricier drinks but a good alternative to the busier coffee spots around!

What a cute little coffee shop. The inside was super cute and clean. The service was great. We were the second people in the store and our drinks came out right away. We had the coconut with oakmilk and it was super tasty. Can't wait to come back and try something else off the menu.
