Stopped by for a quick dinner, the vibe was classier than I expected.I got the pad see ew, thai iced tea, and mango sticky rice. The sticky rice was average but mangos were really sweet and perfectly ripe. The pad see ew and the thai tea were a solid 4/5. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was nicely presented. The restaurant has lots of space for big groups.

Had lunch here recently and it was a solid experience!Clean inside and super quick service. 3 out of 5 spice level was accurate for my spicy palate (I didn't want to go nuts. Clearly made to order, came out piping hot, the pork protein was juicy, not too dry as is often the case.No lunch specials but price wasn't bad (I think $12 for most standard entrees.)Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

I know utilizing a delivery service doesn't justify the full experience of a restaurant mainly because only half of the service is being completed by them however my experience wasn't great but I am giving them a 2 star because it's not 100% their issue. But overall experience on the food was disappointing for the amount I spent on it. I had gotten a papaya salad, pumpkin curry and a sticky rice to go. My order initially said it was going to be 35mins- I did not get my food for over an hour, it was almost 2hrs since time of placing the order. My salad was warm to the point where I did not feel safe on eating because of the sauces that it is made with. My sticky rice was a lump of rice that had solidified and was not edible as well. The curry however was okay. So luckily I had something to eat after waiting for almost 2hrs for my food. I personally would not order here again.

After some bad Thai food elsewhere, I was still craving Thai and gave Pinkaew a shot, albeit with a low bar to clear. The pineapple fried rice sounded good and it delivered. I ordered easily over the phone and got parking right out front to pick up. The dish was fresh and tasty, with rice, curry powder, onions, crisp cucumber, juicy pineapple, cashews, tomatoes, broccoli, snow peas, and chicken. The portion was plenty for dinner + leftovers for lunch. Thumbs up!

Decided to check out Pinkaew as I was passing by, dropped in on a weekday dinner time and the only thing inside was a lonely Christmas tree in the dining room. Decided to order anyway, and got a Chicken Pad Thai for $13, which is what I usually get when I want to test the waters with a Thai restaurant I haven't been to before. During the 15min wait, I noticed only a couple of food delivery drivers came in, still no dine-in customers. Giving the Pad Thai a 3.5 stars. The flavor was present, but it was a little oversauced and the chicken was very dry. Overall decent but probably not too keen on giving them another try.

We went as a large group (think 20 people) and they were able to seat us in one area of the restaurant in one long table. We were served quickly and the lady was super accommodating. Food came out super quickly! Our friends tried a few of their noodles and rice dishes and liked that there was good spice, veggies, and good portion of food. We tried their salad and Thai ice tea. The flavors were authentic and portions good for the price. The parking situation is a little tight and sometimes hard to find street parking but overall would go again.

I've been here twice now. Last time I tried the curry and it was decent 3/5. This time I decided to try their Pad See Ew and it was great! I highly recommend it. I believe most customers do take outs so the place is pretty empty. The server comes around to check on us pretty frequently to refill water, ask us how we're finding the food. The vibes are pretty standard quick meals setup so don't expect fancy decor or anything. The price is pretty good for Seattle about $14-16 a dish pretax and service fee. Good portion though!

My daughter enjoyed the Pad Thai and I enjoyed their crispy chicken. We had an appetizer, too. Low $40 range. All seemed fair and the food was good. Probably my only critique would be have more comfortable chairs. Would go again. Server was nice, too.

I have eaten at every restaurant in the University Center area. Pinkaew is legit Thai food and also the best in general. It is NOT close. Better than Din Tai Fung .... 10000 percent better than Piatti, way better than Hokkaido Ramen and better than Mioposto. None of the restaurants in the area come close. This is the best food and service you are going to find anywhere near the university. I am so grateful to have access to a good restaurant in this area. I believe it to be the only passable restaurant in this part of Seattle. It should have a Michelin star or at least be listed.
