We had our wedding cake done here and it was so delicious and beautiful! They delivered on time to the venue even though it's about 45 min away (there was a reasonable fee). I would recommend them to a friend, but I would say to be sure you triple check everything with them ahead of time, because even with double checking, we ran into some bumps. When we placed the order, I mentioned we wanted to save the top tier. I emailed a week or so before the wedding asking if I could have a box for the top tier and reiterated that we wanted to save it for our first anniversary. I was told that they always include boxes. On the day, there were no boxes, and when I called the store, it went straight to voicemail repeatedly even though it was during business hours. I called another location and the girl there got someone to call me back, and she said there was no note on my order that I wanted boxes, and they don't do that by default unless it's requested. When I told her I had requested it, she apologized and suggested I try to find something to put it in. I wasn't thrilled to have to deal with that on my wedding day, but the important thing is the cake was delicious and beautiful and got there on time :)I had another order done with them for cupcakes for an event. When I got there to pick it up, the girl behind the counter said, "Yep, we have that set for next week," and just stared at me. I said, "Well we definitely placed it for today, the event is in 3 hours, I need it today, can you still fill the order?" and she said, "Well we can go ahead and put that together for you now even though it was placed for next week." I checked the confirmation email, but it didn't include a date. It was really weird that she didn't even apologize for the confusion and treated me like it was my fault for placing it for the wrong date, but I have zero doubt that we placed it for the correct date. Luckily it wasn't custom cupcakes or anything, so they put the order together for us quickly.There was a misread number on our wedding cake order too causing us to get over-charged a bit, but that was quickly remedied same day so it was no problem, it just shows they can make mistakes taking the order down, so just be extra careful and triple check and follow up on the details in the days leading up to your event.Overall, the quality of the baking and the decorations is incredible. The service could use some work, but despite that I'll still being coming back here because it's just so tasty :)

This cute little cupcake gem is tucked away on the second floor of Redmond Town Center. The outside screams pink and cuteness. There are so many cupcake choices that you cannot walk away with just a single item. They also have other little baked goods. The cake pops are huge and much cheaper than Starbucks. The outside sweet and milky covered with candy sprinkles. All the cupcakes we choose were individually different and so yummy! My personal favorite was the almond frosted. The cakes were moist and not too heavy. The girl helping us was also very friendly and patient while we took our time to decide what we wanted.

Delicious cupcakes. Got the caramel, birthday confetti and red velvet. All were super fresh & tasty. We got them delivered, and they arrived perfectly packed with the right amount of cutlery.

The food and place is very nice but the cashier was very unhelpful when I asked about allergies. She claimed she didn't know about ingredients and when I asked if she had ingredient lists, she told me "I don't know, I just sell them". I found that not only rude but also totally unacceptable for a store these days. People with food allergies are very common and they deserve to know about the food they'd like to purchase. Very discouraged from coming here again knowing I won't be able to safely purchase from them.

First, I'd like to preface with a baker we've used before backed out because a family emergency.I called the Redmond store Tuesday late morning to get help with ordering online and the store told me that I could order online and set the date and time I wanted and everything would be fine, except it wasn't. This store made it seem like if I ordered that I could still get the cupcakes before the party on Saturday. However, the website wouldn't let me checkout when all said and done. I tried calling their number back just shortly after I originally called with no answer this time.So I went to the store, Tuesday afternoon, and explained the situation with what happened during my experience online ordering 2 dozen cupcakes. I asked if I could order in store, and well apparently you can only order online. This person seemed hassled by the fact that I came in to the store. And it seems to me that there was absolutely 0 exceptions to the "4 day" order in advance rule. I mean technically I was ordering 4 days in advance, and it was showing that I could pickup on Saturday but it still didn't let me checkout, but potatoes and tomatoes...I could have just shown up to the store on Saturday to purchase 24 cupcakes. But I might of paid more because of premium cupcakes. They cost more... not sure how much more but they definitely just looked like normal cupcakes to me.Let's just review the pricing as well. I was willing to pay 100 dollars for 2 dozen cupcakes. I'm assuming 10% tax is not included. Stupidity on my part really. It's strange that a business providing a service would miss out on earning money. Because of a technicality. I'm also wondering why they wouldn't accept walk-in orders. Save the hassle of a subpar place that doesn't provide good customer service. Go to Nothing Bundt Cakes... Their service is much better.

We recently purchased a variety of candy from Pinka Bella Cupcakes but found that 3 types were stale and so hard, we could not eat them. We returned these to the store the next morning and asked to speak to the manager about this. The manager would not come out but had a young employee deal with us saying that the reason the candy was stale was because they had a supply problem and it was taking longer than expected to get stock in. This was a cowardly approach to a legitimate complaint. We did not get an apology or offer any form of compensation. This was very poor customer service and a very poor example of acceptable business practice. Would never go there again or recommend this business to anyone.

I stopped by the Redmond location to pick up a few cupcakes for a small family birthday party. We enjoy the cupcakes and like stopping here since they are close. We also don't have to worry about a sesame allergy for my niece. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed by the service. The employee was quiet and didn't say much. Once I picked out the cupcakes and was ready to check out, I was informed that they couldn't take credit cards and wouldn't accept cash over a $20 bill. All I had was a $100. I ended up spending over $5 in ATM fees to purchase the cupcakes. A bit frustrating and I'm not sure I will be back.

I ordered a customized graduation cake from here. The process was super easy, all I had to do is email them with the flavor, size and details.I decided to go with a strawberry-vanilla cake and it was sooooo tasty. It was light and moist and the buttercream was not to thick or sweet. People loved the cake and I would definitely order another cake from this location.

In the past, I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. However, my last visit has changed my mind. The gal up at the front seemed pretty unfriendly and almost annoyed that we had walked in. The cupcake that we wanted was sold out, which is understandable, so we got a different one that looked appealing. However, it was very stale and didn't taste very good. We ordered cupcakes for my kid's birthday party. They were delicious! We actually had several parents ask us where we bought them since they were so good. A bit pricey, but absolutely delicious!
