Got the Beef Brisket Mac & Cheese bowl. Was SOOOO good. I wouldn't mind eating this for lunch everyday.

During my first time in Seattle this seemed like a non-seafood staple in the Pike's Place. I had a small order not one beef link sliced and a side of honey butter cornbread. The cornbread was pretty average (not a bad thing) but the hot link was great. It was 100% beef and it was spicy just like I prefer. They were nice enough to slice it up for me upon request so I was able to eat it with a fork rather than with my hands. I wish I would've thought to ask for a side of bbq sauce but I didn't and even then it was still delicious. Next time I'm in town I hope to try the brisket. I can't speak to the other meats or sides but in general this place seemed super popular.

Great option for BBQ at Pike Place Market. The store itself is a bit small in size, with only a handful of stools on one side for seating. The staff seemed quite friendly, and the service was timely. The sandwiches can get quite messy, so it doesn't seem like much of an on-the-go food. I do appreciate that they include a small hand wipe in their bags because of this. 1/4 lb Beef Brisket Sandwich: The beef was very tender and juicy. Their sauces range from sweet to "damn hot". I got the mild sauce and it was very mildly hot, which was just right for me. There was quite a bit of sauce, but not too much that it was overflowing and messy.

While the bbq is good at Pike's Pit Bar-B-Que they have a few consistent issues.First, my order is usually wrong. 90% of the time I'm charged for cornbread and it doesn't get into the bag, or I'm charged for more than I receive. The rest of the time it's the butter being left out or the sauce being left on. I would say only about 10% of the time is my order totally accurate.The service, (beyond one really friendly associate) is always extremely slow since the cashier helps out with the food so instead of a smooth check out process, it's choppy, with the front frequently empty.However because the BBQ meat was so good I kept coming back and just dealing with the service issues. But the last few times I noticed the quality of the meat had dropped, so I decided to read the writing on the wall.While I think Pike's Pit has good food most of the time, their process needs serious updating. For one off in person stops I think they're quite good, just make sure to check your bag before you walk away.

This may have been the worst sliced brisket sandwich I have ever eaten. The meat was absolutely flavorless. And the slices were tough and rubbery.

Careful! Their food will put you in a food coma! I went today and got the two meat place with the pork and beef with the bacon potato salad and cowboy caviar and it was so good!!! I took it to go and once I was done eating I went into a full blown coma. This is perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon meal. Everything is delicious and hits the spot! Also the employees were so nice when I went and it was not busy surprisingly. My food came out fast and it was all so fresh. My one gripe is finding this place. Pike Place is a huge winding maze and when I tried to map myself to it, I was lost. I wasn't assuming it was on the first floor where all the commotion was, but I was a little difficult to find overall.

Best brisket in Seattle, I just love it here. They have great employees and there is never a long wait. It even has a place for you to sit and enjoy your meal. -Dr.Dre

Ordered the Mac & Cheese with shredded brisket (medium heat). It was the most delicious thing I've ever had. I'm from Seattle and have my fair share of Beechers Mac & Cheese and this was much better.

The food was DELICIOUS!!!!! You HAVE to get the Mac and cheese bowl and the potato salad bowl with the Pork sandwich! Thank you Edward for recommending them! Definitely would eat here again!
