Absolutely stellar experience at Pietro's restaurant! Despite a power outage during our visit, the team didn't miss a beat. Our server, Scott, was exceptional--providing top-notch service with a smile and ensuring our meal was perfect. We started with the Caprese salad, followed by the crab stuffed shells (pictured) and the pollo al limone (Scott recommended substituting the potatoes for pasta, which we loved!) Every dish was outstanding. The featured dessert for the evening was crème brûlée, which was divine. The limoncello shots were delicious as well (thanks Scott ). The entire staff managed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, even in challenging circumstances. Highly recommend Pietro's for both the food and the outstanding service!

A must try hidden gem in Fountain Hills. From the moment we walked in for dinner we were impressed. The restaurant is comfortable and inviting. We had a reservation and Mark the co-owner seated us right away at a table for 4. He told us about the specials and said our server Kanani would be over right away. She came over and greeted us warmly. She took our drink and appetizer order. The wine was delicious and the bruschetta and tomato bisque wonderful. We each got something different for the main course: stuffed shells with real crab meat in a tomato sauce, pesto pasta to with grilled chicken, lasagna and pasta with shrimp and cod in a light lemon crab sauce. Amazing! We shared desert: lemonchello cake and tiramisu. Wonderful! We finished the meal with lemonchello. We were not rushed at all and had a great dining experience. There were so many choices that we can't wait to go back and try something else. Co owner/Chef Adam Frost is amazing!Thank you.

We had cocktails and appetizers Thursday July 18th. The summer tomato soup was to die for! Scott and Konani (forgive me for the spelling) made our special day even more special! It was our 26th year anniversary and a perfect evening! New owners....Same high quality!

Great location in Fountain Hills with beautiful views! The service is top notch and the wait staff are so professional and classy! Last but not least the amazing food dishes. My wife had pappardelle bolognese and I had the lasagna. After dinner my wife said that is the best pasta I've ever had! My lasagna was incredible also! The wait staff was very attentive through this experience. We definitely recommend this place for your perfect Italian night out to dinner! Can't go wrong! Thank you again Matthew and staff!!

Two stars is being overly nice. This was an Uber eats delivery. The wedge salad I ordered full size came half size with inedible parts of the lettuce. The caprise salad had terrible tomatoes. My husbands chicken was not edible. It was so tough & chewy he could not eat it. The lobster raviolis were good if you like it w minimal sauce & I had specifically asked for extra sauce. For $158 this was outrageous. Restaurant does have potential since it has new owners ( I think ) .

Scott was the absolute perfect server. Knowledgeable, friendly, great conversation timing of food was perfect. Even the chef came out and spoke with us at the end of the meal. The tomato and sherry sauce was one of the best I've ever had very fresh & flavorful! Unfortunately, I live all the way in Chandler so I won't be able to be a repeat customer but if you do live in the area, I highly recommend ! Next time I have a friend come in out of town we'll visit again!

Such a lovely hidden gem right on the golf course. We started with an espresso martini and Italian margarita. For food we got the calamari and shrimp scampi with fresh pasta! For dessert our server so was kind and got us two desserts the lemon cello cake and chocolate lava cake. We were so happy with everything. Our server was kind, personable and had great menu knowledge. We are so happy we came here it's our new favorite Italian spot!

What an amazing experience. I made a reservation because it was my husbands 45th birthday. We were immediately greeted when we arrived and taken to a table reserved for the "Harman couple". It was romantic. Rebecca was training Heather. Rebecca was beyond fantastic. She was more than happy to give us recommendations on what to order, she guided us every step of the way. I have never had chilean Seabass. But it was an off menu item. I went with this and so happy I did. My husband had the lasagna, and couldn't have been more pleased. This was one of the best dinner experiences ever. Rebecca also brought my husband a complimentary birthday dessert. And the owners Richard and I believe Diana (forgive me if I forgot her name) got us a lemon cello shot. I couldn't have asked for a better dinner experience. They were all so friendly, and treated us like we were friends and family- ohana I can't wait to come back and visit. I'm glad we finally got to visit PIETROS.

A shout out to a an excellent restaurant right here in Fountain Hills. My friend and I went to Pietro's/Ferrarese restaurant in Eagle Mountain Saturday night. I ordered chicken Marsala and my friend ordered fettuccine in a cream sauce with slices of chicken breast on top. Chicken Marsala came with Italian roasted potatoes and asparagus. His meal came with a salad and the dressing was excellent. Both meals were OUTSTANDING. To top off the meal we shared a slice of Lemoncello cake which was light and creamy. We noticed some of the appetizers as they went by to other tables which looked delicious.The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the owners are very charming. I have to mention our server Eddie, who also made our evening special. It was our first time there and definitely won't be our last. I highly recommend Pietro's
