Pier 54

Right on the water at "The Lakes" in Tempe. Took out of town guest there for dinner. Server was excellent.....he was knowledgeable & attentive. Would definitely Highly recommend A+++

Round up to 3.5 stars. Headed here for a weekend lunch with a friend. Never had been. Quant spot with great view of the Lakes. However, outside temperature control was off. Had the heaters going, then misters. Hard to do when it's April in AZ without misters.Food was good - I had the chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. Spinach Artichoke dip was good as well.

I came here today with a few friends around 3:15, right after they opened. We were sat right away by a very friendly hostess and promptly given menus and water. We got the spinach artichoke dip for our appetizer and I got the lamb burger as my meal. The dip was garlicy and savory, absolutely perfect. And my burger was wonderful! The tzatziki was wonderfully fresh. The view is beautiful and the vibe of the place is definitely laid back. The one drawback is they allow smoking at the bar and if you're eating and a non smoker, the smell can be off putting while you eat. All in all, I'd definitely go back and recommend this place!

I have been wanting to try Pier54 for quite some time. I finally went for my birthday and I'm so happy I did. The view is stunning! The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was very fresh, you can taste that everything had good quality ingredients. I took a picture of just about everything except the Natural Lemonade which is probably the best lemonade I've ever had! Such a cute lunch spot. Loved the vibes!

The food was amazing! The views were spectacular. Our server was one of the best. Hope to go back the next time I'm in Washington.

Had such an amazing dinner date with a friend. The weather was nice enough to sit outside by the water. We were able to watch the sunset which was really beautiful. Friday nights are supposed to be live jazz music from 6-9, I unfortunately have to question the "jazz" music that was being played because it didn't sound like jazz to me. I tried the Spinach and Artichoke dip appetizer, which was good. For my main course I ordered the goat cheese burger, this was only ok to me, it wasn't as flavorful as I wanted or expected it to be. They serve hand cut fries, which is always a plus in my book. I've only been to Pier 54 one other time years ago for lunch. I'd probably go back for the fries and to try live jazz music night one more time just to see if actual jazz music is played.

This place is perfect for a sunday afternoon. We came to grab a few snacks and some draft beers, chilled out, and watched the sunset. Service was good and the young bartender guy was very sweet. We didn't like it when some customers were smoking at the bar outside though. Then we drove around the neighborhood to see the beautiful million dollar houses. Such a perfect Sunday evening.

This place has beautiful views of a little man made lake. Came on a Friday night and had no issues being promptly seated. They had live music which was a lot of fun and not too loud so you could still have conversations. Got a burger with a side of fries and a couple cocktails and they were fine. However I do think this place is pricey for the quality of food you get and the facilities (I.e plastic chairs, bathrooms are outside of the restaurant etc.). We were a party of five and got 20% gratuity added which was not identified in everyone's check but added to all. This policy applies for parties of 6 or more so it shouldn't have been applied to our party. Initially I was not aware of this addition and was going to tip on top of the 20%. If you are considering this spot, the view is beautiful and it may be worth it to come grab only drinks and catch the sunset; just ask for an itemized bill to prevent situations like this.

I tried out Pier 54 with my best friend and we had a lovely time. We tried the Baja shrimp tacos and they were delicious! I love the sauce. It was dripping down my arms but worth it lol! The cocktails were delicious and refreshing which helped with the heat. My favorite was the slushtini. Our server was extremely friendly and was around often. The view is gorgeous, and I'm sure it is even more gorgeous at sunset. The happy hour is awesome! They have a ladies night for a certain time on Wednesday's which I also want to check out. I'll definitely back and recommend to friends!

Everyone talks about comfort food. This is my comfort place. I feel like I am on an island somewhere and completely removed from the dessert or the hustle and bustle of daily grind. This is a vacation spot. The food is always good. And done fresh. Their kitchen is so small they can only keep food for the day. Yay! Benefits the consumer. They are doing a tribute to Oktoberfest. They have shareable pretze and schnitzel. Either lamb or pork. They always do it right. I'm not usually a fan of pretzels, but it was perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Loved the German mustard and cheese dip too.We were greeted by the friendliest young man with the sweetest smile. He sat us immediately. It's all outdoor seating and they had the misters rocking. Looked like a London fog. It was perfect.o
