The shop is quite small with no seating. Which is fine. The lady working was very kind and knowledgeable in answering our questions. The apple piroshski we got did not seem to have any apple just raisins and the farmers cheese. The honey cake was pretty tasty, not over sweet and moist. The prices are a bit high to us. For us, we might visit again if in the area, but would not go out of our way to go there.

I came here solely for the honey cake. I kept seeing pictures of it and how great it looked and how well put together I just had to try it. I saw that it was in auburn which isn't a problem, it was just in a part of auburn that I don't prefer to be in lol and do to this, I decided to go early in the morning. Now, I like honey, but I'm not really a honey person. The people that put honey on their fruit and sandwiches, etc. That's not me lol but I love cake so eeehh I had to compromise and I'm glad I did. The owner is from Ukraine and a sweet woman. She told me some history about the cake and how they make it in Ukraine. I also decided to buy a potato piroshky that was very good as well. Very good seasoned. But back to the cake. This cake has sooooo many layers omg. It was a bit intimidating to try. The first bite....I didn't know what to think. Definitely not a typical cake, not a taste that I was used to which is what warranted the second bite lol I just kept taking bites because it was soooooo different but so darn good!!! The honey is strong!!! But in a good way. I definitely suggest everyone try it at least once.

What a cute little shop! Coming here feels like you're visiting someone's home to eat baked goods! The owner/baker, I think her name is Oxana, was very helpful and very welcoming. I wanted to pick up honey cake to try something new, and it didn't disappoint. It was our first time there and it was really nice to talk to Oxana and tell me all about her baked goods. I also picked up some chocolate cookies and salmon piroshky (with a very generous filling!). Thank you for introducing us to Ukrainian pastries!

I stumbled upon Pie Style Bakery, tucked away between a laundromat and a grocery store. It's a hidden gem worth seeking out! From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly-baked goods transports you to a world of culinary magic. Oksana Lusnikova, the talented baker behind Pie Style, brings the enchantment of her Russian and Ukrainian heritage to every delightful treat. The napoleon cake is a must try. You cannot go wrong with any of the bread or the piroshkis. There are savory or sweet options to choose from.If it seems a bit pricey know that you are paying for high quality organic ingredients and lots of baker love. You'll keep coming back for more. Oksana treats her customers really well. Highly recommended!

The desserts were delicious. The cake was fluffy. The cupcake was so good I was sad we didn't get two. I paid $20 for 4 items which I think is a good price point. The customer service was great, I appreciated the owner explaining everything to us.I will be returning to try the more savory options! We loved this place! Hidden gem in auburn for sure!

Very expensive for the food we got. The honey cake was not that sweet, and the mocha was not sweet at all. We think the syrup or chocolate just sunk to the bottom. The pierogis were underwhelming and didn't have much filling. They were between five and ten dollars each which we thought was steep. I wouldn't go here again. I did appreciate the Medovik honey cake though!

Great sweet treats with the right amount of sweetness. They also have savory options as well. The owner is very friendly and always makes conversation. Small, cozy place.
