Probably the only organic small eatery in the area. I came here after shopping for shoes and ordered the California Style Sandwich with gluten-free bread. Unaware of my debit card's balance, the transaction did not go through. I was going to cancel the order but he said, it's ok. Luckily, I had a few dollars in my car and was able to pay for my lunch. He even threw included a free delicious small smoothie with my sandwich! If you're looking for good honest eats in the Clairemont Mesa area, this 30 year old restaurant will not disappoint! And while you are here, get some amazing natural supplements as well!

i am so happy that this place exists! there are many healthy sandwich and wrap options. what makes picasso naturals stand out from other sandwich/wrap places is the gluten free tortilla! the food is healthy and fresh, the staff is friendly, and they have a lot of awesome products in their market. i'm definitely becoming a loyal customer!

Super cute health food store & deli thats been open since 1995. I love a good sandwich with fresh sprouts - and the sandwich here was delicious, fresh and was exactly what I love. The smoothies were yummy. We both really liked the tropical sunrise smoothie. The person that helped us was the owner I believe. He was very nice and happy to give supplement recommendations & info.They also have burgers, salads, wraps, soup, chili, coffee and teas. Will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Made a fat breakfast bowl, it was great, lots of protein and veggies included egg, egg white, spinach, onions and turkey, was $16.00 made fresh really loved it thanks

Stopped in on the way to the airport to have something to take on a cross-country flight. It's a cute quaint shop that serves as not only an over the counter food counter but also stocks a variety of high quality products as a healthy store. We got the Vegan Veggie Burger and were shocked to learn that all the in-house Picasso gluten free bread products are also gluten free. Gluten free AND vegan bread? That's virtually unheard off.The burger was tasty and it was a welcome addition to have it on a bun instead of just a lettuce wrap which I usually have to resort to.The food came out fast and we were on our way quickly to catch our flight!

I was looking for a smoothie that wasn't just added sugar and this definitely hit the spot. I got the almond strawberry banana smoothie and loved it. Just almond milk, strawberries, and bananas with no added juice or dairy. 7.95 for the 24 oz which is cheaper than most smoothie places these days. It's a humble looking spot, but is totally worth trying. Workers were kind and my drink came out in a reasonable amount of time. I look forward to trying other menu items.

Service is always friendly and the food is always fresh and consistent! The place is cozy and perfect for quick grab and go type of situations. The menu is extensive and eclectic and there is something for everyone!

Picasso Naturals is the best place to go to!! Before moving to the clairemont area, I used to get my healthy food from Fresheria down south but it's nothing compared to this place. I got a California Smoothie which was super good and definitely loved the blend of all fruits. I also got the spicy tuna in which you can see from the picture already got me full! This place serves big portions and worth it for the price! Shoutout to the front person and kitchen staff for this amazing food and place!!!
