PHX Beer Co. - Sky Harbor Airport Restaurant

Service is like the DMV. Fully 10 minutes for waitress to even come to our table and ask if we wanted anything. Even for an airport bar this sucks. At 5 min we asked the hostess if somebody was coming to take our order. We were told they would be by. And so we waited another 5 minutes.We had a beer and a moscow mule. Both were as advertised. Setting is generic airport. Experiences like this are why minimum wage should remain low. Tip will be zero. They are lucky i dont dine/dash.

Had the southwest burger and fries which was miserable.Beer is decent.Burger should have been medium but was way overcooked, warm, dry and the toasted bun, yes toasted, was cold in the middle.Lettuce wilted from heat lamp but the burger wasn't even hot.Run away

The chicken was very good for airport food as were the fries and iced tea, which had good flavor about it. Staff was short handed and did the best they could, so no deal breaker there. Worth the stop when in that terminal and n the area needing food.

Ordered a Ruben sandwich and a beer. I took one sip of the beer and found that it was disgusting and warm. The Ruben sandwich had sweet relish and the bread was too thick making the whole thing ungainly and sloppy. And for those two things even though I couldn't drink the beer was $40!

I don't mean to be critical because the bartender was very friendly. That said, pay attention to the prices and portion sizes if you're going to give PHX a try. I ordered the buffalo wings at a price of $18.99 and since the portion wasn't shown I assumed that would be a reasonable price for 10-12 wings. The order includes six wings for $18.99. Most of the 20 oz. beers are $15 for one beer by the time you factor in taxes. The staff was really nice. My wings were very good and prepared crispy just as requested. That said, they are totally understaffed and the prices are quite high for what you're getting. As long as you know before you make the decision to go!

Came in for a quick bite before my flight. The restaurant was busy but I was able to sit at the bar. They had a QR Code for you to look at the menu, place your order and pay.I had the nachos and they were pretty good!It is a good option and I would definitely come back.

I will start by saying we were a captive audience in the airport as our flight kept getting delayed, so us and many others suffering the same fate overwhelmed this place trying to pass the time with a meal. Service was fine, but you can tell they are stressed and swamped; get these guys some extra help! For food, the pretzel was the star, the cheeseburger was a bit bland. All in all though, it is airport food, so no worse than other overpriced options in airports around the country.

Wings taste for not being salty was good as we asked for sos; burger was not so great for an airport location and priced @ $17.50! The size was like that of Mc Donalds compared to the size bigger like in Carls Jr or Jack in the box.. we had 4 wings ordered , each costs @$19x4 !!! It could have been competitive to other airport restaurants that offer bigger portion or more qty. For the small 6 pieces out of hunger pangs + the burger-costly. Alexa (server) was nice ; yet could have work on some interaction to customers... Positive note: is their Chocolate flavored beer - Sonoran White Chocolate Ale - this is cool - the smell was really chocolatey and tasted good.

PHX Beer Co. At Sky Harbor was nearly empty when I arrived, thirsty and hungry. I wanted a cold beer and a burger before my flight. When I tried to pay with a fifty-dollar bill, the waiter said they couldn't break it and refused to serve me. His rude and quick refusal was disappointing.This service at this place reminded me of a deserted gas station more than an airport watering hole. Airports should offer good service to travelers, but this place missed the mark.Homer Simpson once said, "To alcohol! The cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems." Sadly, this restaurant failed at both beer service and customer service.Overall, this was a disappointing experience for me. I might try again in a couple of weeks, but for now, I'd recommend others to avoid this place at all cost. They need better staff and training to improve their customer service. Service and food was not good. I'm At this restaurant all the time. But seems like service and quality are going down! Maybe because the server only see them once and they're out of the airport
