I've been ordering from Pho's for about 10 years now, so it's probably time I wrote a review.I love this place. I want to marry it. I order take out regularly and the food always arrives piping hot. My order stays the same; Pho's Thai noodle soup with tofu, mild plus, with extra hot sauce and lime. This soup is the cure for cancer, I am sure of it. It can save you from your worst hangover, a bad breakup, crummy weather, getting fired from your job, you name it, this soup can do it. This is my emotional support soup. I will never move away from Chicago because then I will be too far away to get this soup (Experiment all you want with spice levels, but rest assured, the medium really is quite hot. I'm a spice head, but I find the mild plus to be both delicious and enjoyable). Pho's, thank you guys for being truly excellent at what you do. Maybe one of these days I'll actually get around to coming in and sitting down to enjoy.

Love this spot! I ordered for take out and it was fantastic! Prices are great! I got the Thai iced tea to drink, this was perfect. You can't go wrong with a Thai iced tea! For my main I got the pho. I got it with beef and medium spice. The spice on this was perfect. I struggle to find a pho place to make to spicy and this was it!! Came with bean spouts, mint, lime. Perfection! Will be ordering this again and again!

I go here at least once a week. I love this spot. The price is perfect, the service is perfect, attentive and helpful. Everyone is nice and the food is absolutely amazing for the price. The ambiance may not be the best but that doesn't matter. The place has history and culture.

This place's name confused me for the longest time - like, it's called Pho's, but that's traditionally a Vietnamese dish. But this place specializes in Thai food. BUT - they actually do have Pho on the menu? Well anyway, what they're really known for is great Thai food...but you also can't ignore the "Spicier" in their name.I like heat in my food, but you need to heed their warnings here. I usually go with "Mild Plus", which would probably equate to a level above medium at most other spots. Of course if you were nuts you could try for their spice challenges, but I find it more enjoyable to watch other people attempt them.Pretty much everything is good here. I usually go for the pad khe mao, parang curry or green curry, and have never been disappointed. Their lunch specials are amazing too, as you get a small soup and egg roll with your food, and is usually my go to when I forget to do groceries before the week starts.The actual location is pretty tightly packed, but other than that it's a great mainstay of the area and a spot worthy journeying out to this small spot of Lakeview for.

I've ordered delivery from here a few times and while their menu is short it's really high quality...and they definitely don't skimp on the heat if that's what you want. It's a great option for a lot of standard Thai options and delivery is fast and reliable.

I ordered take out from this restaurant on Uber Eats, so I can't necessarily comment on the service or the ambiance present in the restaurant. With that being said, the food here is AMAZING. I've eaten at many Thai places in the city and so far this has to be the best one. It definitely is a little pricy, but I think it is well worth the cost. The pineapple fried rice was the best I've ever had, it was done very well. The pad see ew was also amazing. I also ordered red curry, panang curry, and pineapple fried rice. Overall, definitely recommend!

So sad to report that their quality has gone down significantly. I got their pad thai and it was 99% noodles and 0 flavor. Also tried the pad see ew and that was slightly better but a bit watery and we requested it to be the 3rd hottest spice level and I couldn't taste any spice. The pad thai was also supposed to be medium spicy and again, I couldn't taste any spice. Their quality has fluctuated alot in the past 2 years I've lived here. There are definitely better Thai places in Lakeview.

Pho's Spicier Thai cuisine can get pretty spicy! We ordered their pineapple fried rice, red curry, massaman curry, and pad see ew. All of our dishes were easily made vegetarian (tofu and/or vegetables instead of meat). The extra spicy level was packed with spice! All the dishes were super flavorful. I liked how all the curries came with white rice. We ordered delivery, and our food arrived pretty quickly. Service was good overall. I can't comment much on the ambiance, as I wasn't sitting in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this spot for takeout food. If your want good vegetarian Thai food, Pho's has lots of options available. I will definitely order from Pho's again in the near future! It's one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Chicago.
