Couldn't wait and remembered half way in the bowl. Love the fact it's family owned and ran. The pho with the spare ribs was on point.

The House Special Pho
The spare ribs is so moist, the meat falls off the bones. So GOOD!

Food is super delicious and freshly made daily. Make sure to call ahead or get there early because they will Sell Out! Limited Menu is perfect and guarantees consistency with food quality. Service is "Phononenal" and the staff is super friendly. The ambience is decent and can get loud when packed as the dining area is small. My family and I always look forward to coming here!

PHONOMENAL is the only way to describe their Beef Pho & the taste of their broth. It was the best Beef Pho I've had in my life. No sauces or lime needed its taste is that PHONOMENAL, it be disrespectful to the flavor of the broth to add any sauce or lime to it that's how good it is. The meat is falling off the rib bone the noodles perfectly cooked & the broth is an orgasm in your mouth, true story, I blushed when I tasted it :) Not many items on the menu but that's ok because they specialize on Beef Pho & that's what people come here for. The House Special is what you get to get their famous Beef Pho. Story goes they have the cooks come in at 3am to start slow cooking the beef, that's awesome.Parking on weekends might be harder but it's ok you can park across the street they have a cross walk when you come back. On weekends make sure to come at 10am when they open, it can get busy & for the most part they close by 2 or 3 because they run out of beef that's how good & busy it gets sometimes, so come early. The inside is not too big but it's nice, clean with a good vibe & good music. The customer service was great, they clean & attend you as fast as they can & are all very cool & chill. Especially Sam the owner, met him & he was a real good friendly guy, was also helping serve & checking on customers. Over all this place is PHONOMENAL! They got a loyal customer in me & I highly recommend this place to my Beef Pho lovers. Keep up the great job Pho staff & see you guys soon.

This place sells out of their House Special pho really fast. We were able to come around 11am on a Saturday and they didn't sell out. They're a family owned restaurant and they are always super welcoming. The owners make us feel like we've known them for a long time. The pho they have is a Cambodian style that's why it's made with huge beef ribs! This is by far the best pho I've ever had. Beef ribs are super tender and the broth is very different from the Vietnamese ones we're use to. It has a deep flavor with lots of cilantro. The fresh coconut juice is refreshing with the hot pho plus adding the house chili sauce. I def recommend everyone to come here, just come early!

Phonomenal is an awesome spot for pho. Simplicity at its finest. They literally have one Pho special option and spring rolls. That's all you need! They open at 10 and close when they sell out. Which according to one of their employees happens in 2 hours. That means they are open for 2 hours! The Space is modern with simple decor much like their menu. Clean and simple. The service is top tier. I feel like the service is great and they are genuinely friendly. The guys are so nice and easy to talk to. They noticed my wife was squeezing her lime into her Pho with such aggression. Squeezing every drop out. The server offered to bring more limes. So funny! Overall, a great spot for Pho in the National City area. A must try!

Have gone back several times and their quality is always consistent. Service is awesome and hospitality is impeccable too.Their springs rolls are really good but a bit pricey for $9.50 for two large pork and shrimp rolls.

These two pictures were taken a month apart because after the first time my fiance and I came, we literally couldn't stop thinking about it! The pho is absolutely the best pho we've ever had! He's Cambodian too so he really appreciated the representation! The owner is so chill too and was welcoming both times! I suggest you chat with him! Honestly? I don't think we can have pho anywhere else now! There's only two different foods on the menu but that just makes choosing easier and I can tell you they're both delicious! And their sugarcane drink?? TO DIE FOR! I have absolutely zero complaints. I'd come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I could

This place is a must try in you're in the area / even if you're not!! Worth the drive and TRY! Came here on Saturday right when they opened and there was already a line. Be prepared to find parking because it's pretty tight. We were seated right away and greeted with a big smile and amazing customer service! This is a family owned restaurant and the brothers are so friendly and makes you feel at home! The spring roll was stuffed and delicious!! 10/10. The pho, is DELICIOUS. The broth is not too salty nor bland, definitely on the sweeter side, which I know some people like to add sugar to their pho, so this is a must try if you like a sweeter pho broth. The portions are huge and you get another bowl for your meat and the meat is sooooo tender. Falls right off the bone! Worth the price and the hype. Within 40 min of being there and leaving, there was a line still.

Decided to check this place out after hearing good things about it and was blown away. Normally a restaurant named with a pho pun is a red flag to me but this place is an exception. This is the first time we've had Cambodian style pho and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size is huge, two bones with tender, juicy meat that falls off the bone and sliced meatballs garnished with onions and cilantro. The broth is super flavorful, hearty, and very drinkable and the noodles were perfectly al dente. Just a solid bowl of pho.Overall we had a very enjoyable time here. The staff are super friendly, they offered us chili oil and brought over extra sliced jalapeños without us even asking for them. The restaurant is clean and the tables are spaced out without feeling overcrowded. There are only four parking spots in the private lot but street parking was not hard to find around lunchtime. If you have not visited this spot yet, it's worth making time to check it out!
