Great location. However yilo uses dirty business tactics and deceives its patients. They sell items over 6 months old. They are the only Dispensary to receive a cease and desist order from the state! Do not be a victim to thier scam deals!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I come when they have sales. They're listed on the Leafly app. They also have a cash back system where you can earn cash to use to current or future purchases & the cash you accrue doesn't expire. Sounds like a win to me!

I love the staff- theyre always so friendly, helpful, and informative. But the selections are getting (and kind of have been) so limited here. One dab bucket option? Today I went and all that was available was Rhino Piss, which hits weirdly oily/harsh. Almost like an essential oil to the back of the throat. Gets ya high, so its all good, but that was my experience. But to only have one option kind of sucks.. and its happened a few times in the past. Same with limited different strains. Just wish there were more variety and options to try because I do love coming here but you definitely tend to get pigeon holed into one thing, without choice.

We love Yilo store at Arcadia, We have gotten so much help from about all the products they have for sale. Shannon is amazing not only is she very knowledgeable but she is so kind to us. We look forward to seeing her every time we shop there.

The customer service is great, but compared to the other dispensarys in the valley, They are a little pricey. But again great customer service, most times , in and out .

Best place in town ! They always take an extra second to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Manager Cody and Avry are amazing.
